The Moderation preset limits it to the roles you mark as moderators. Server owners and Administrators can always run it. How Command Access works.

What the bot needs

Tickets is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Behaviour

Checked against the code 2026-10-07

Shows your team's ticket numbers for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, in a private reply.

The bot first applies the server's Command Access rules for /tickets stats and checks that Tickets is enabled ("❌ Tickets is not enabled for this server."). Only staff can use it: members with Manage Server and members of one of the server's ticket teams (added by name or by role). Anyone else gets a private "Only staff can see the ticket numbers (Manage Server or a member of a ticket team)."

The period option offers 7 days, 30 days and 90 days. Left out, it counts the last 7 days. The reply shows:

  • Open now: every ticket that is not closed yet.
  • Opened: tickets opened in the period.
  • Closed: tickets closed in the period.
  • First reply (median): the middle wait from opening to the first reply by someone other than the member, on the tickets opened in the period.
  • Time to close (median): the middle time from opening to closing, on the tickets closed in the period.
  • Rating: the average of the ratings members gave in the period and how many there were.

The reply is in your own Discord language.

Good to know

  • The numbers count every panel. History, then Insights on the dashboard shows the same numbers per panel, with averages beside the medians.
  • A median is the middle value, so one ticket that waited a week does not hide how fast most tickets are answered.
