YourBot v0.0.56

  • Analytics: a history import now shows its progress inside each channel, so a long import no longer looks stuck.
  • Analytics: when Discord briefly fails during a history import, the import tries again instead of stopping that channel early. If part of the history still does not come in, the job in Settings names the channels to import again.
  • Analytics: a long history import is no longer shown as failed while it runs, and running setup again no longer starts a second import.

v0.0.55 Added 5 Changed 3 Enhanced 2 Fixed 12 22 changes
  • Giveaways: you can draw the winners one at a time. In New giveaway, pick One at a time under Draw the winners and set how far apart the draws are, from 1 minute to 30 days. The last winner is drawn when the giveaway ends.
  • Giveaways: drawing one at a time comes with choices: how many winners each draw picks, which prize goes first, whether people can still enter between draws and whether each draw posts a message that pings its winners.
  • Giveaways: a giveaway that draws one at a time keeps its post, which shows the winners so far and when the next one is drawn. The Watch live page plays each draw as it happens.
  • Giveaways: /giveaway create has a new draw_every option to draw the winners one at a time.
  • Giveaways: you choose how long winners can be drawn again after a draw, for each giveaway and as a starting point in Settings. It used to be 30 minutes for every giveaway.
  • Sentinel: the AI setup is paid from AI credits and says so before it runs. Its preview names anything it left out.
  • Privacy Policy (updated October 18, 2026): section 3.3 describes the records of dashboard page visits. Sections 5 and 6 no longer call the data used to improve YourBot anonymized, because it is kept per Discord account.
  • Giveaways: a giveaway the bot cannot post, because its channel is gone or the bot may not post there, is tried again every 5 minutes. Saving it on the dashboard tries again right away.
  • Member joins and other events are handled faster. The services that react to one event share what they read from Discord. Sentinel checks a join's invite while its other checks run.
  • Social alerts: Reddit feeds are spaced out. A feed Reddit asks to slow down waits instead of counting a failure.
  • Giveaways: on a first come, first served giveaway, several clicks from one member at the same moment no longer tell other members "All the prizes are taken" while a prize is still free.
  • Sentinel: when anti-nuke cannot undo a dangerous change because Discord refused it, the server owner is now told.
  • Sentinel: overturning a case whose timeout already ended no longer reports that the reversal failed.
  • Social alerts: feeds and go-live alerts no longer run late when Discord holds back the update of one live alert. On the evenings of October 15 to 17 they ran about 20 minutes late.
  • Welcome: a member who rejoins gets all their saved roles back, also when Discord slows the bot down. Before, some could be left out.
  • Welcome: a delayed auto-role is tried again when Discord is busy instead of being lost.
  • Tickets: the category picker opens even when one category's emoji is one Discord does not accept. One such emoji broke the picker for everyone.
  • Tickets: closed ticket channels are cleaned up on every server again. Another server's tickets could stop the cleanup.
  • Events: every finished event gets its recap and attendance. Some events on the shared bot lost them.
  • Analytics: game patches from Steam and Apex Legends show as markers on your charts again.
  • Scheduled work in five services keeps running after the bot reconnects. Before, it could stop until the next restart.
  • The Disconnect button on the Connections page works.

  • Staff can give a Premium subscriber free days, for example as a giveaway prize. Your next charge moves back by those days. Your account page shows when your plan renews.
  • A subscription that Stripe ended after failed payments now shows as canceled instead of past due.

v0.0.53 Added 6 Changed 5 Enhanced 5 Fixed 26 42 changes
  • Group Finder has a new dashboard. Home shows what needs you and what is running, with pages for Find a group, My groups, New group, Templates, All groups, Safety, Insights, Other servers and Settings.
  • Group Finder: every group has its own page with the group chat and who is in. Members can join, pick a role, leave or watch from there. Leaders can let people in, edit, bump, mark done or close the group, as they can in Discord.
  • Group Finder: New group shows the bot's post as you fill it in. A group posted from the dashboard sends the same alerts and game pings as /group create.
  • Group Finder: a group that runs out of time now tells its leader, its members and the people watching it.
  • Group Finder: a suspension from the Safety page can last 1, 3, 7 or 30 days.
  • New pages compare YourBot with the three most used bots for tickets, temporary voice, welcome messages, giveaways, server stats, announcements, social alerts, LFG and events.
  • Group Finder: every group gets a chat by default. A server can keep chats for groups shared with other servers only.
  • Group Finder: a server's public groups page and the board of all servers are rebuilt. Each card shows the group's roles with how many people hold each one, then leads to the group's page.
  • Start Your Server: free designs now belong to the account with a Premium subscription and follow it to every server it manages. An account without one pays AI credits for each design, even on a server someone else subscribed. Unused free designs stay with your account for your next subscription. The Terms of Service say so.
  • Sentinel: images the message log saved are deleted when their log entries are, also when a server's data is deleted after YourBot leaves it. The Privacy Policy says so.
  • Our feature, help and comparison pages were checked against the bot and now describe each service as it works today.
  • Start Your Server: the Undo dialog lists everything Undo does, including the features it switches back off.
  • Analytics records more joins through your server's vanity link. When the invite counts cannot tell how someone joined, YourBot asks Discord.
  • When you are signed out, live dashboard pages stop updating and say so. Their Sign in again link brings you back to the same page and server.
  • Bot actions such as moderation and DMs that are queued while the bot restarts now wait for it for up to five minutes instead of being given up.
  • The bot pauses less. It no longer stalls for three seconds every five minutes or waits on a slow social feed site. It is back sooner after an update.
  • Group Finder: the Apply pop-up works on the shared bot. Before, it answered "Something went wrong".
  • Group Finder: a server's public groups page shows each group's roles. They never showed before.
  • Group Finder: an alert for a region now matches groups that spell it another way, such as SA and South America.
  • Events: the Tentative, Late, Bench and custom status buttons made in the event editor now set that status. Before, they signed people up as attending.
  • Giveaways: on a first come, first served giveaway, a member who already won a prize can no longer leave it. Before, Leave said they had left while the prize stayed theirs.
  • Voice Channels: a room owner can kick or reject a member with the same top role. Members ranked above the owner stay protected.
  • Voice Channels: unlocking a room no longer lets in a role the owner rejected while it was locked.
  • Voice Channels: a reject that cannot be remembered for your next rooms now says so, as a permit already did. The list holds 25.
  • Voice Channels: on large servers, the people you permitted or rejected now carry over to your next rooms.
  • Sentinel: the message log now saves a copy of the images in deleted messages. Before, it showed only their file names.
  • Sentinel: a deleted log channel no longer slows the bot down for every server. The owner is still told once a day.
  • Sentinel: removing YourBot from a server no longer sends the owner a notice asking for channel permissions.
  • Sentinel: server logs no longer lose entries after a busy moment or a change of log channel.
  • Sentinel: Run setup finishes and saves its settings on large servers even when the page times out. A second run while one is going says setup is already running.
  • Sentinel: if Unlock is pressed while a server lock is still being placed, every channel the lock changed is put back.
  • Tickets: on a custom bot, staff replies copied to a member's DMs arrive in the order they were typed.
  • Tickets: on the shared bot, a staff reply copied to a member's DMs just before an update still arrives.
  • Tickets: after a server moves to its own bot, the old ticket panel the shared bot posted no longer opens tickets. The member is told why. Owners and managers get a notice to post the panel again.
  • Analytics: after a server moves to its own bot, locked counter channels let the new bot in, so they keep updating.
  • Analytics: a server's member list no longer stops refreshing for hours at a time.
  • Analytics: when a reward role sits above the bot's role, the owner gets the "Your bot's role is too low" notice once a day. The Rewards page now warns about it even when the bot has Administrator.
  • Role menus: a menu that lets members pick one role no longer gives someone two roles when they press it several times while Discord is slow.
  • Bots no longer get dashboard access from your server's role permissions.
  • The dashboard no longer signs you out while you are using it.
  • On servers set to French, the /beacon create form and the ticket rating form open again.
  • A server left behind by a custom bot that was stopped for good is now cleaned up like any server YourBot leaves, as the Privacy Policy promises.

v0.0.52 Added 8 Changed 6 Enhanced 4 Fixed 12 30 changes
  • Giveaways has a new dashboard. Home shows what is running and what needs you, with pages for Winners, New giveaway, Templates, History and Settings. A giveaway can offer a Watch live page where members follow the draw.
  • Voice Channels has a new dashboard: Home, Rooms, Lobbies, New rooms, Room owners, History and Settings. Rooms shows who is in each room. From there you can lock, hide, rename, resize or hand over a room.
  • Voice Channels: Settings has a check-up that tests what voice rooms need from your server against Discord, with the fix next to anything that is missing.
  • Voice Channels: a lobby that was deleted in Discord can be made again with one click.
  • Start Your Server now opens on a view of your own server. Channels a build would change are marked. Before anything is built, the summary says what changes on your own channels.
  • Start Your Server knows 41 kinds of community. A build also posts your rules and a how-to in the Group Finder, Events and Giveaways channels. It can add first content such as an event, made only once.
  • A Start Your Server design can include role menus, feeds, ticket panels and role rewards. The build makes them for you. Undo takes them back, except a ticket panel that still has open tickets. Members keep reward roles they already earned.
  • Sentinel tells the server owner when Discord refuses to let it kick or quarantine an attacking account or bot, so the bot's role can be fixed right away.
  • Join-to-Create Voice is now called Voice Channels.
  • Voice Channels: the control panel sent to a room owner's DMs holds the buttons that work in a DM. Kick and Transfer there list the people in the room. A link opens the room to permit or reject someone.
  • Voice Channels: a member whose room could not be made is told so. Your Home page says why.
  • Voice Channels: on the shared bot, the room messages now come in your server's language.
  • The 7-day grace after a subscription ends now counts from when it really ended. Before, a subscription that stopped early, for example after failed payments, kept its server counted as subscribed until the end of a month that was never paid, plus 7 days.
  • The Giveaways and Voice Channels dashboards are available in all six languages.
  • The bot answers buttons and commands faster. In our live test the answer now comes in under a second, down from about three.
  • When Discord asks the bot to slow down, a message is retried instead of lost.
  • A member who opens a ticket is told it is open as soon as its channel exists.
  • The status page catches more: a stopped bot, worker or connection now shows as one. A live test checks every minute that the bot really answers. A notice shows while a release is going out.
  • Voice Channels: a lock set from the dashboard now keeps out everyone the bot's own lock keeps out.
  • Voice Channels: renaming a room from the dashboard also updates its control panel. The copy of the panel in the room's chat now stays current.
  • Voice Channels: /voice commands that change a room say when the bot is missing permissions instead of "Something went wrong".
  • /stats and /untimeout say when an account is not a member of the server.
  • Sentinel's and Events' setups always let the bot into the log channels they make.
  • A service's "Not working" flag clears once the channel it could not post in is deleted.
  • Group Finder: the public Group Finder pages have their fonts and colours back.
  • Start Your Server: Undo also turns back the feature switches and settings a build changed. A Discord rate limit no longer makes Undo fail.
  • Start Your Server: a rebuild no longer posts the ticket panel again. A build keeps the rules you wrote.
  • Start Your Server: the build report no longer ticks a feature with nothing to post or calls a Sentinel rule that failed to install watching. It says why new roles were not put in order.
  • Start Your Server: the staff role a build creates can run the giveaways it sets up. A design that only sets features up can be built.
  • A server that never had free designs is no longer told it ran out of them.

v0.0.51 Added 12 Changed 10 Fixed 11 Security 1 34 changes
  • Tickets by DM: members can open a ticket by writing to the bot in a direct message. The bot asks which server it is for and sends nothing until they confirm. Your team answers in the ticket as usual and each answer is carried back to the member. It is off until you turn it on under 1 Opening.
  • When a member's message could be for more than one server or ticket, the bot asks which conversation it is for first.
  • /tickets panel now opens a private builder in Discord: make a panel, change its text, buttons, team and place, then post or update it without opening the dashboard.
  • Ticket questions open in Discord pop-ups, with dropdowns, yes or no choices and member, role and channel pickers. A panel can ask more than five questions: they continue on the next pop-up.
  • A panel can show a menu instead of buttons.
  • Help articles can be suggested before a ticket opens and can answer questions in the channels you pick.
  • New commands: /ticket new, /ticket mine, /tickets stats and /tickets leaderboard.
  • Members have a My tickets page with their open and closed tickets.
  • Staff can answer as the team, so a reply carries the team's name instead of their own.
  • Each panel can require a reason to close, set who may close, choose whether a transcript is kept and limit how many tickets one member has open. A block from tickets can end by itself.
  • Members can get a close notice, a copy of the transcript and a rating request by DM.
  • Five new log events: Priority changed, Someone added or removed, Staff note added, Rating received and Response target missed.
  • The Tickets dashboard is rebuilt around three set-up steps: 1 Opening, 2 Answering and 3 Closing. Every setting you had is still there.
  • Every way of closing a ticket now posts the same close card. Where a transcript is kept, the card has a View transcript button.
  • The Modmail setup (Tickets, Settings, Load a setup) turns Tickets by DM on and opens private channels that work as soon as it is loaded.
  • Privacy Policy and Terms: updated for Tickets by DM. Where a server turns it on, what a member writes to the bot is passed into a ticket on the server they confirm and becomes part of that ticket and its transcript. A message waiting for that confirmation is kept for up to 30 minutes. Nothing changes on servers that leave it off.
  • We went through the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service and the Cookies page line by line and corrected them to match how YourBot works today. How we handle your data did not change.
  • The Privacy Policy now covers what it left out: Sentinel server backups, invite tracking, the optional message log, where message text is stored, voice room records and every outside service that receives data.
  • It no longer says we do not run ads. We advertise on X and Reddit and measure those ads only if you accept the cookie banner.
  • The Terms gain a section on ban sync and ban networks and clearer wording on refunds, trial reminders and referrals. Read all of it at yourbot.gg/legal.
  • Marketplace links are tidier: category, game and tag filters and tracking links lead to one clean page.
  • Switching language no longer leaves ?lang= in the address bar.
  • Tickets: the buttons on a closed thread ticket now answer.
  • Tickets: a ticket keeps the routing of the button or menu option that opened it, however it was opened.
  • Tickets: the transcript file is never attached where everyone can see the channel.
  • Tickets: a closed ticket can no longer be claimed.
  • Tickets: creating a team no longer fails on a repeated member ID.
  • Tickets: "Closed by" names the system in your server's language.
  • Tickets: a team reminder that pinged nobody no longer says it did.
  • Tickets: a setup that fails to load at the last step now says why.
  • A pop-up's answer (a ticket's questions, a close reason, a new event, a report, a room's new name) now replies in your server's language and the member's own.
  • When the bot is refused something in Discord, the notice to the owner says exactly what to change and where.
  • Dead links: two in the Start Your Server guide, a developer profile that pointed at a removed plugin and older blog posts that linked a moved guide.
  • The ticket statistics CSV export can no longer carry a spreadsheet formula.

v0.0.50 Changed 3 Fixed 11 Security 1 15 changes
  • Card Studio now checks a background link when you save it. If the link does not load as an image (a share link from OneDrive, Pinterest or Reddit, for example), nothing is saved and you are asked for a direct image link or an upload. Before, the card quietly fell back to the default background.
  • Role menus now check each button and dropdown emoji and the header icon, footer icon, small picture and banner picture links, when you save and again before publishing. If Discord would refuse one, you are told which. Before, Discord refused the whole menu without saying which part.
  • Ticket buttons and categories no longer save an emoji Discord would refuse, such as plain letters, numbers, punctuation or spaces.
  • Image uploads on the dashboard, such as Card Studio backgrounds, no longer start failing after a while. Before, every upload could fail until our image service restarted.
  • The Leave button on a Beacon event no longer shows "This interaction failed" in Discord. The member was still taken off the event.
  • A Beacon event whose post was deleted in Discord now goes back to not posted on the dashboard once YourBot notices, so you can post it again.
  • Posting or syncing a ticket panel now names the buttons whose emoji Discord refused, instead of a general error.
  • Reaction role menus and ticket buttons now accept keycap emoji such as 1️⃣. Ticket buttons also accept ℹ️. Both were refused before.
  • A counter whose channel was deleted now turns off and says so on the Counters page, so you can attach another channel. Before, it stopped updating without a word.
  • The Analytics member check, which runs every 30 minutes, no longer times out on large servers. When it did, member counts, role filters and joins or leaves the bot missed fell behind on those servers.
  • If the channel Welcome posts to is deleted, you now get a dashboard notification. Before, those posts stopped without a word.
  • With Inherit from category on, Join-to-Create no longer makes a room in a category the bot cannot see. Members were left in the lobby and the bot could not delete those rooms. You now get a dashboard notification instead.
  • /voice commands on a room the bot cannot manage now try to restore the bot's access first. If that does not work, they reply that the bot is missing permissions instead of failing without a reply.
  • Sentinel, Welcome, Tickets, Giveaways and other services no longer miss an event or a scheduled task while we roll out an update.
  • A networking library is updated for a newly published advisory.

v0.0.49 Added 31 Changed 11 Enhanced 3 Fixed 9 Security 2 56 changes
  • Welcome's dashboard is rebuilt around a new member's path (Getting in, Greeting, After they arrive), and its Overview plays what a new member sees, step by step, with a list of settings that need your attention.
  • Send me a test DMs you the real welcome, DM, goodbye or boost message exactly as members get it.
  • The Messages page puts the welcome, DM, goodbye and boost thank-you on four tabs with a live preview.
  • Card Studio designs welcome and goodbye cards, animated ones too, in every script and emoji.
  • Thank members who boost in a channel or by DM, give them a role while they boost and delete Discord's boost notice.
  • Role menus can use emoji reactions, modes such as One at a time and First pick is final, a limit on picks and templates.
  • /roles lets members give themselves the roles you allow.
  • Rules have their own page: up to 25 rules for /rules, the join DM, the verification message and a channel post.
  • Roles on join can be given after a wait and taken away later. Bots can get roles of their own, and members already in your server can get your join roles too.
  • One-click verification setup makes an Unverified role and a #verify channel and hides the rest of the server until members verify, with Undo.
  • During a Sentinel raid, Welcome can hold greetings and make everyone verify. It can also hold accounts that look like a banned member.
  • Greetings and goodbyes can delete themselves after a while.
  • The join counter can start where your old bot left off.
  • Servers with a subscription can give the shared bot its own nickname.
  • /invites ranks who brought in the most real members that are still in your server.
  • Free hourly Sentinel backups of everything except messages, with a one-click restore that previews what comes back.
  • Anti-nuke restores from the last backup taken before an attack.
  • /mass ban, /mass kick and /mass timeout act on many members after a preview. Right-click a member to Timeout, Quarantine, Ban or View cases.
  • Heat, a new automod condition: each message adds points (more for mentions, links and repeats) and the rule fires when the heat runs high.
  • Up to 10 extra owners that anti-nuke never acts on.
  • Recovery codes: using one makes that account an owner and freezes every other owner account.
  • Sentinel's dashboard is simpler: Home shows your five shields with one switch each and a How strict? dial (Relaxed, Standard or Strict) you can undo.
  • Lock down on Home holds raid mode and the server, joins and invites locks, with Unlock for each.
  • The Inbox collects held accounts, reports and appeals, with a count in the menu.
  • Find a setting, at the top of Sentinel's menu, jumps to any setting.
  • Spam & scams has Off, Testing and On: in Testing, filters act on nobody and post a note in your mod log for each match.
  • Filters open in a side panel where Try it tests a message before you save.
  • A filter's ban can also delete up to 7 days of the member's messages.
  • Analytics is rebuilt into 11 pages, from Growth and Best times to Role rewards, Counters and Alerts, with everything the old pages showed and a side panel for any member, channel, day or hour.
  • Activity in Analytics has Chat, Voice, Online and Playing tabs.
  • A new comparison page: YourBot vs Welcomer.
  • A welcome sent as an embed now pings the new member through the Text above the embed field, since a mention inside an embed never pings. Clear the field to stop it.
  • Turning Sentinel on for the first time switches on the recommended protection. Servers already using it get a one-click prompt.
  • With that protection, a single risky change (one bot added or one dangerous role handed out) is undone and reported instead of punishing the admin.
  • Anti-nuke settings can only be changed by owners and extra owners. Managers can still see them.
  • Anti-nuke's quarantine takes every role from the attacker and gives them back on release. A bot doing damage is kicked.
  • The new Raids, Spam & scams and Logs switches start on, so nothing changes until you turn one off.
  • Filters that were already testing now post a note for each match.
  • While Spam & scams is testing, the look-alike raid check, ban evasion and bans from your other servers only report.
  • Start Your Server now uses Claude Sonnet 5.5, which fits requests better and is faster. It also has 67 fixes.
  • Old Welcome, Sentinel and Analytics links open the page that holds them now.
  • Each Analytics page has its own Download CSV. The Messages and Voice CSVs moved to Sharing.
  • List pickers on the dashboard show which options are picked.
  • Sentinel's hard raid mode slows every channel at once, so it takes effect in seconds.
  • The new Welcome, Sentinel and Analytics pages are in German, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Korean.
  • A Sentinel raid response that takes a while is no longer dropped partway.
  • Sentinel sees role changes that Discord logs without a target again. It had missed them since September 30.
  • On a phone, Sentinel's rules list and rule editor no longer cut off their buttons.
  • Duplicating a Beacon template works again and keeps its buttons and fields.
  • The Hide and Show my card buttons on live Analytics cards work again.
  • The Bot page shows the shared bot's picture again.
  • Saving voice lobbies while Discord is busy asks you to try again in a few seconds instead of showing a wrong error.
  • Anti-nuke hold times show in UTC.
  • Several translations that read wrong in French, German, Japanese and Korean are fixed.
  • Only the Discord server owner can add or remove Sentinel extra owners.
  • A system library is updated for a newly published advisory.

v0.0.48 Added 13 Changed 7 Enhanced 2 Fixed 4 Security 1 27 changes
  • Every ticket close request has Close now and Keep it open buttons, and a closed ticket has Transcript and Delete buttons for staff.
  • Delete a ticket with /ticket delete or from the dashboard, or let closed ticket channels delete themselves right away or a set time after closing. The transcript is always saved first.
  • /ticket open lets staff open a ticket for a member on the panel they pick.
  • /ticket escalate moves a ticket to another panel and its team, with a reason.
  • Ticket automation rules, up to 10, act after a wait you set, from pinging the team and reminding a quiet member to closing or deleting a ticket.
  • The Messages page rewrites what the bot says in tickets and in its ticket DMs, with placeholders such as {member} and {claimer}.
  • Each ticket panel has its own pages for who can open it, claiming, roles, channel names, a private staff thread, the look of its messages, hours, escalation and logging.
  • Ticket support hours take up to 6 windows a day, closed dates and hours per panel. Out of hours a ticket can open with a notice instead of being refused.
  • Choose which of 12 ticket events post to the log channel, and give a panel a log channel of its own.
  • Change history: a dashboard page that lists every change made on your server's dashboard, who made it and when.
  • The Setup Check on the Bot page, or /yourbot check in Discord, shows everything the bot is missing across your services.
  • Servers with a subscription can give the shared bot its own picture, banner and about me in that server.
  • New comparison pages for ServerStats and Wick, and the Statbot comparison covers the new counters.
  • /ticket add and /ticket remove take roles as well as members.
  • Making staff claim a ticket before they close it is now a setting.
  • Ticket transcripts keep display names, avatars, replies, embeds, reactions and stickers.
  • One switch turns the ticket rating survey off.
  • Duplicating a ticket panel copies every setting, button, category and look.
  • The Plugin Builder and Start Your Server pages on the website are rebuilt, with product screenshots, three steps and answers to common questions.
  • The Tickets pages, docs and help answers describe every ticket feature, in all seven languages, and the docs have new pages for Change history, the Setup Check and the bot look.
  • The Info menu on the website has new artwork.
  • /help and the setup message point to /yourbot check when the bot is missing something.
  • A ticket that was reopened, or had /ticket transcript run while it was open, now saves a full new transcript when it closes. Before, the messages after the earlier transcript were missing from it.
  • Creating a ticket panel from the dashboard works again.
  • Saving a ticket panel no longer clears its awaiting category and application settings.
  • Saving a Beacon event as a template works for events with buttons or fields.
  • OpenSSL, urllib3 and PyJWT are updated for newly published advisories.

v0.0.47 Added 12 Changed 5 Enhanced 3 Fixed 8 28 changes
  • YourBot now speaks Japanese and Korean: the website, the dashboard and every bot reply.
  • German, Spanish, French and Portuguese now cover the whole website and dashboard. Legal pages stay in English in every language.
  • The docs have a Plugin Builder guide, in all seven languages.
  • /counter setup, create, list, delete and check manage counter channels from Discord. /counter check tells you what would stop a counter from updating.
  • /info shows Discord's details about your server, a member, a role, a channel, an invite or an emoji. /info avatar shows a member's avatar with download links.
  • Quick setup makes a Server Stats category with All members, Members and Bots counters in one click on the Counters page or with /counter setup.
  • New counters: emojis, stickers, boosts, boost level, bans, members without a role and members still in rules screening. Channel counters can count one type of channel or the channels inside chosen categories.
  • New counters for Bluesky followers, players on a Minecraft server (Java or Bedrock) and how many people are playing a Steam game right now.
  • Status counters can count only bots or only members with the roles you pick. A new activity counter counts members playing, streaming, listening or watching.
  • Counter goals: when a counter reaches its goal, the bot posts your message in the channel you pick, once. It can then raise the goal by a step you set.
  • Counter numbers can show as 1,234, 1.2K or 1234.
  • Rename a counter channel that shows one number in Discord to change its words. The bot keeps that number up to date.
  • The bot replies in your server's language everywhere, including buttons and forms. A server without a language setting follows its Discord language. Private replies use each member's own Discord language.
  • Dates are written the way your language writes them.
  • New notifications and DMs from YourBot arrive in your language.
  • Page titles, error pages and the command cooldown message are translated.
  • The plans on the home and pricing pages are cards instead of images.
  • New counter channels can go in a category you pick. The attach list on the Counters page includes text channels.
  • Blog posts end with related guides.
  • The Features menu on the website has new artwork.
  • Buttons from the built-in services answer again on servers without a subscription. This covers role menus, verification, tickets and Group Finder.
  • Counter channels the bot creates keep updating. Before, they kept their first number unless the bot was an Administrator. If a counter channel made earlier is stuck, /counter check tells you what to change.
  • Changes you save on the dashboard, including command permissions, take effect right away instead of up to a minute later.
  • The Start Your Server guide and the developer docs are no longer stuck in English for other languages. Docs search follows your language too.
  • The docs sidebar opens on phones. Long sidebars scroll.
  • Idea chips, tooltips and confirm popups that broke on some translated pages work again.
  • The Analytics, Social and Welcome menus on the dashboard are translated.
  • Counts use real singular and plural forms in every language, such as 1 bot and 2 bots.

v0.0.46 Added 1 Changed 3 Enhanced 2 Fixed 15 Security 1 22 changes
  • /group create has an optional activity. Left blank, it takes the activity of the template you picked.
  • The Plugin Builder is part of Premium, as the pricing page already listed.
  • Our pricing, feature and comparison pages now describe YourBot exactly as it works today. Premium bots run as their own bot process. The marketplace page names the kinds of plugins it actually has.
  • The plugin developer docs list the CPU and memory limits plugins really run under.
  • The Access page lists members first, keeps lapsed access apart, shows times in your own time zone and changes a role in one step.
  • The Services page no longer waits on Discord before it opens. Marketplace plugin pages load faster when you are signed in.
  • Pages no longer take minutes to load or time out when many people open the site at once.
  • The dashboard no longer stalls when one of its internal connections drops. A stuck dashboard server now restarts on its own.
  • Join-to-Create setup works again after its category was deleted in Discord. A setup error now shows Discord's own reason.
  • Removing a Discord role mapping on the Access page works.
  • Sentinel: an auto-off of 0 now keeps raid mode and anti-nuke lockdowns on until someone turns them off, as Settings says.
  • Sentinel setup lists the channels where the quarantine could not be applied instead of reporting that it worked everywhere.
  • Group Finder: in forum mode, quick posts and bumps stay in the listing's forum thread instead of also posting in the listing channel.
  • Group Finder: the LFG ping role now pings in forum mode and for listings made on the dashboard.
  • Group Finder: forum threads get the game, activity and difficulty tags that setup created.
  • Group Finder: a scheduled listing stays open until its start time, so the 15-minute start reminder goes out.
  • Group Finder: listings made in Discord carry an activity, so activity alerts and /group browse find them.
  • Group Finder: /group quick uses the presets saved on the dashboard's Presets page.
  • Group Finder: a member moved up from the waitlist gets the open role and a DM saying so.
  • The Plugin Builder no longer suggests a command name that another service already uses.
  • Our best Discord bots guides no longer cut off text on phones.
  • Only the server owner can add or remove people, change manager permissions, create invite links, map Discord roles or change a custom bot's token.

  • The Terms, docs and pricing now say what happens today: marketplace plugins stop when a subscription ends, and a Plugin Builder build that stops part-way is charged for the tokens it used.
  • Joining a group from the dashboard follows the same rules as joining in Discord, leader approval included.
  • A server's public LFG page and widget show only Public listings.
  • Only the person who bought a marketplace plugin can open its billing portal from the Account page.

  • The intro animation plays once after a Premium purchase instead of on your first visit.
  • New invites ask for Pin Messages, which Discord split out of Manage Messages.

  • Start Your Server showed a lock instead of the design box on Free-plan servers.
  • Analytics setup imported history that the nightly cleanup then removed.
  • Long ticket transcripts kept the first 1,000 messages; they now keep the latest 1,000.

  • Ticket welcome titles no longer repeat the number, and Ticket and Group Finder messages read more cleanly.
  • Hints and service pages now match how Group Finder, Tickets, Analytics, Events, Social Feeds and Giveaways work.
  • /announce now, list and cancel are for staff: the owner, Administrator, Manage Server or roles you allow on the Commands page.
  • Ticket transcripts DMed to members leave out staff notes and the activity log.
  • Joining from a server's public LFG page follows the same rules as joining in Discord.
  • Button and form clicks reach only the marketplace plugin that made them.

v0.0.41 Added 9 Changed 6 Fixed 2 17 changes
  • Sentinel now manages Discord's own AutoMod. A new Discord AutoMod tab lists the native rules and creates, edits, turns off and deletes keyword, word preset, mention spam and spam rules within Discord's limits. Native rules block a message before it is posted.
  • Every block or timeout by Discord AutoMod posts to the mod log with the rule, the matched keyword and an excerpt. A switch records each one as a case with no warning points.
  • AutoMod rules created, changed or deleted show in the server log with who did it.
  • Report by reaction. Set a report emoji in Sentinel settings and any member can report a message by reacting with it. The reaction is taken back, the report lands in the inbox with the message as evidence and a cooldown stops one member flooding it.
  • Scan old messages. The new Scan tab runs your automod rules over channel history, up to 2,000 messages a channel across 25 channels, in report mode or delete mode. Report mode lists every hit by rule with a jump link. Delete mode removes the matches and writes one case per author. A scan never kicks, bans or times anyone out.
  • Ban networks. Servers with different owners can share bans. A server joins with the network's code, the network owner approves it and each server picks its own response on join and whether pushed bans apply to it. Owner tools cover approvals, removal, code rotation, the push policy and deletion.
  • Template rollback. Every template install now remembers the rules it created and the Templates page shows a Remove rules button per install that takes out exactly those rules.
  • Per-server phishing lists. Sentinel settings gains Block these too and Allow on this server, up to 200 domains each. An allowed domain and its subdomains are never flagged on that server.
  • Reports show where they came from. The Reports page marks reports filed by reaction.
  • The phishing domain check now uses two public feeds with tens of thousands of known phishing domains, refreshed every 6 hours, instead of the 23 built-in domains. Well-known sites can never match, whatever a feed says.
  • The Sentinel settings page shows the feed status: how many domains, from how many feeds and when they last updated.
  • The Discord AutoMod and Scan tabs join the Automod group in the Sentinel navigation.
  • The moderation service page describes all of the above. Its not-supported list is down to image scanning, message backups and a rescue key.
  • Template installs made by the server builder now record who ran the build.
  • The best moderation bots comparison page reflects this release.
  • Removing a server's data now also clears its message log, its template installs, its scan runs, its private rule templates and the ban networks it owned or belonged to.
  • The scan and scan run tables scroll sideways on narrow screens instead of running past the edge of their card.

v0.0.40 Added 20 Changed 5 Fixed 3 28 changes
  • Welcome: verification can use a captcha or a web page next to the Verify button. Captcha images can swap on a timer (30 to 600 seconds, off by default) and an answer to a replaced image fails.
  • Welcome: an optional Unverified role on join and a kick deadline in minutes with one DM reminder. At the deadline the member is kicked, banned, held with a role you pick or left alone, your choice.
  • Welcome: verification can target everyone or only suspicious accounts (young or without an avatar). Trusted members are verified the moment they join.
  • Welcome: members who verify on the web page get a buddy the same way button and captcha verification give one.
  • Welcome: the server builder can set every Verification Gate option, including the deadline action and the hold role.
  • Moderation: quarantine hold. An account anti-nuke has punished is held, and a non-exempt staff member who gives it roles back, lifts its quarantine or unbans it gets the same response and an alert that says why.
  • Moderation: panic mode. A punishing anti-nuke response can lock the server down, and while that lockdown is on only the server owner and anti-nuke exempt admins can moderate; everyone else sees Panic mode is on.
  • Moderation: undo mass bans. When anti-nuke punishes an account for mass bans, every account it banned inside the window is unbanned again with the note Reversed by anti-nuke. Optional: after a mass kick, each kicked member gets a DM with a one-use invite back.
  • Moderation: anti-nuke reverts dangerous permission changes. A role that gains a dangerous permission goes back to its previous permissions and a member handed such a role loses it again. The server name and vanity link go back after a takeover attempt.
  • Moderation: anti-nuke gains a slow tier per category (a second count over a window up to a day, off by default) and now watches webhooks being deleted or changed.
  • Moderation: recommended protection. The setup wizard and the AI setup turn on anti-nuke, escalating timeouts and the message log, create #message-log and #server-log next to the mod log and switch the server logs on. A Turn on recommended protection button and a protection status strip sit on the overview.
  • Moderation: server change logs. Seven categories (members, channels, roles, server, voice, content and moderation), each to its own channel with its own colour, showing what changed, when and who did it.
  • Moderation: join-raid clustering. Look-alike accounts joining within a window raise raid mode to Hard, get the raid join action and are reported in one embed. The report names the invite they came through and revokes it when one invite brought the trigger count of them; the vanity link is never touched.
  • Moderation: /lockdown takes a scope (channel, server, role, joins or invites) and a timer in minutes, records what it changed and /unlockdown restores exactly that. The overview lists active locks and can lock the server, joins or invites with a reason and a timer.
  • Moderation: /softban, /watchlist add, remove and list, a per-rule punishment cooldown and an unverified-bot filter that kicks a bot without Discord's verified badge and notes who added it.
  • Moderation: Sentinel can limit who may add bots. With Only listed accounts may add bots on, a bot added by anyone but the server owner, a listed account or an anti-nuke exempt account or role is kicked on sight.
  • Moderation: an Avatar rule condition for members with no avatar, a No avatar on join template that installs switched off and a Nickname Filter that can read the username, the display name or both with a new Wildcard mode.
  • Moderation: anonymous moderation. Turn it on and the mod log and punishment DMs say the moderation team acted instead of naming the moderator; cases still record who acted for staff.
  • Moderation: confirm before destructive actions. With the setting on, /ban, /softban, /kick, /purge and /timeout show the target and the action with Confirm and Cancel first.
  • Moderation: a default timeout length. Set it in Sentinel Settings and /timeout works without a duration.
  • Moderation: a lockdown never locks Sentinel's own log channels, so the moderation trail keeps flowing while the server is locked.
  • Moderation: server logs apply the ignored-roles list to profile changes on the shared bot too, and fold a burst of changes about one target into a single entry.
  • Moderation: every mod-log entry says who acted, and purges and slowmode changes are logged too. DM templates accept {moderator} and {case}.
  • Moderation: the look-alike raid detector's windows are settings on the raid card.
  • Welcome: the reminder DM and the welcome log say which deadline action is coming or ran, and role persist no longer hands back the unverified or hold role after a member verifies.
  • Moderation: turning raid mode off after a lockdown restores the verification level and puts back exactly the channel permissions it found, so a channel that was already closed to members stays closed.
  • Moderation: a mod-log post that hits Discord's rate limit is retried once instead of dropped, so the anti-nuke alert no longer vanishes behind a burst of native case posts.
  • Moderation: an unverified bot that leaves before Sentinel can kick it is reported as already left instead of a failed kick.

v0.0.39 Added 9 Changed 8 Fixed 17 34 changes
  • Welcome: a delayed auto role is now scheduled and granted on time even if the bot restarts in between, on the shared bot and on custom bots alike.
  • Welcome: saving settings while Discord's channel list fails to load keeps everything you had and tells you so, instead of clearing your channels.
  • Voice: a fallback category for temporary rooms when the main category hits Discord's 50 channel cap, with a notice to your inbox.
  • Voice: undo a single permit or reject from the panel or with /voice unpermit and /voice unreject, a Recreate if deleted switch per lobby, and an import preview that never lists your lobbies or permanent channels.
  • Voice: room statistics on the dashboard now fill in (rooms created, minutes, peak members).
  • Analytics: alert rules can be edited, paused and deleted, and the activity drop and dead channel alerts now fire once when the problem starts and once when it clears.
  • Analytics: members can hide their public stats card with /stats, servers can reset all share links, and cards for members who left are gone.
  • Analytics: a maintenance command to rebuild voice rollups and lifetime counters for a server.
  • Website: a full page for each of the ten built-in services, with setup steps, commands and limits.
  • Welcome: the first message celebration only greets members who joined in the last 30 days.
  • Welcome: /welcome test needs Manage Server and has a short cooldown.
  • Voice: renames are limited to two per ten minutes per room, which is Discord's own limit, and the third asks you to wait instead of hanging.
  • Voice: the bot keeps its own access to every room it creates, so a locked or hidden room can always be unlocked and cleaned up.
  • Analytics: system messages such as join notices, boosts and pins no longer count as member messages.
  • Analytics: all-time role rewards use a lifetime counter that is never pruned, one reward per role, and reward roles with dangerous permissions are refused.
  • Analytics: per-member daily rollups and cohort data are now pruned at twice your retention window.
  • Analytics: one definition of Active Members on the overview, message-only unique senders, and day boundaries stated with your timezone.
  • Welcome: a role menu or quest channel could be pointed at a channel in another server. Every channel and role is now checked against your server.
  • Welcome: the shared bot could grant a role with admin permissions as an auto role. Both hosts now refuse dangerous roles.
  • Welcome: an auto role delay of 30 seconds or more never granted the role on the shared bot and stalled other servers.
  • Welcome: auto roles were wiped by the second settings save.
  • Welcome: the role menu editor preview could run a script written by another manager.
  • Welcome: verification and role menu buttons no longer show "interaction failed" after granting the role.
  • Voice: a manager of one server could delete another server's rooms from the dashboard.
  • Voice: importing existing channels could turn a lobby or a permanent channel into a room that gets deleted when empty.
  • Voice: rooms emptied while the shared bot was down were never cleaned up.
  • Voice: lock and hide did not keep allowlisted roles out, and permit or reject on @everyone could expose a hidden room.
  • Voice: a lobby could be taken over by another server, and a bad user limit or bitrate broke every room silently.
  • Analytics: member nicknames could run as script on the heatmap and the rewards page, and the rewards Edit button was broken.
  • Analytics: stats card images were decoded without a size guard.
  • Analytics: custom bots lost voice time at every reconnect, and backfill double counted voice sessions that crossed an hour.
  • Analytics: creating an alert rule from the dashboard always failed.
  • Analytics: personal data export and erase skipped messages, voice, reactions and member events.
  • Analytics: redelivered events could count twice, the name cache pruned active members, and matured retention cohorts were overwritten by pruned data.

v0.0.38 Added 10 Changed 3 Fixed 6 19 changes
  • Social & Patches: stream alerts that follow the stream. Choose what happens to a Twitch or Kick go-live alert when the stream ends: keep it, edit it with the duration, final viewer count and the VOD link, delete it, or post an offline message. While the stream is live the alert refreshes its title, game and viewer count without pinging anyone again.
  • Social & Patches: game filter and live role. Only alert for the games you list, and give a role to the streamer's member while they are live.
  • Social & Patches: Kick and Bluesky feeds. Kick alerts need Kick app credentials on the bot; Bluesky accounts work out of the box and reposts are skipped.
  • Social & Patches: instant Twitch alerts through Twitch EventSub when the bot has an EventSub secret configured. Without it, polling continues as before.
  • Social & Patches: message templates with the full set of placeholders, including the post body, author, game, viewer count and publish time, plus an embed editor per feed with colour, title prefix, footer, and toggles for the author line, body, thumbnail and image.
  • Social & Patches: a live preview on the new and edit pages that never posts. The Test button now says it posts for real.
  • Social & Patches: post as a webhook with its own name and avatar, ping several roles, allow @everyone for rare feeds, and target threads and forums. Announcement channels can auto-publish each post.
  • Social & Patches: digests. Collect a feed's items and post one message every 15 minutes, hour, 6 hours or day.
  • Social & Patches: a history page per feed with jump links to each post, and the overview shows the channel name, the last post and the next poll.
  • Social & Patches: a feed that turns itself off after repeated failures now sends the server owner a notice with the reason.
  • Social & Patches: feeds are polled on a per-feed schedule with one fetch per shared source, and feeds on servers where the plugin is off are parked instead of re-checked every five minutes.
  • Social & Patches: every source has a minimum poll interval, and each server has a feed limit based on its plan.
  • Social & Patches: the feed URL or name can be edited on an existing feed, and the catalog resync only touches your own server.
  • Social & Patches: a feed could be pointed at a channel in another server through the starter pack. Both the starter pack and the poster now check the channel belongs to your server.
  • Social & Patches: a message template with a stray brace no longer breaks the feed silently. Templates are checked when you save, and a broken one falls back to the default.
  • Social & Patches: a deleted channel, a Discord outage or a feed that stops answering now shows as a failure on the feed instead of silently dropping items, and a temporary Discord error keeps the item for the next poll.
  • Social & Patches: GitHub release feeds back off when GitHub rate limits them instead of turning themselves off.
  • Social & Patches: feeds with dates that carry no timezone no longer stop posting after the feed rotates.
  • Social & Patches: the poll loop no longer blocks the bot's event handling while it talks to the database.

v0.0.37 Added 9 Changed 4 Fixed 10 23 changes
  • Giveaways: entry requirements on the form. Set a minimum account age, time in the server, required and excluded roles and a minimum message count, and the giveaway message tells members up front.
  • Giveaways: blacklist and bypass roles. Block members or roles from entering across the server with /giveaway blacklist or from Setup, and list roles that skip every requirement.
  • Giveaways: winner cooldown. Keep recent winners out of new giveaways for as many days as you choose.
  • Giveaways: custom messages. Write your own entry confirmation, entry denied and winner DM text, for the server or for one giveaway, with placeholders for the member, the prize and the results link.
  • Giveaways: drops. Pick the drop entry method and the first members to click Enter win on the spot, one per slot, with the slots and winners shown on the message as they go.
  • Giveaways: referral entries. Give bonus entries for every member who joins through a personal invite link from the My invite link button, or require a number of referrals to be eligible. /giveaway invite shows your link.
  • Giveaways: entry tasks. Add link or custom tasks that members complete on the public page, required ones before entering and optional ones for bonus entries.
  • Giveaways: prize vault. Store keys, codes or links per prize tier on the giveaway page. Each winner receives the next unused item in their winner DM, after they confirm when confirmation is on.
  • Giveaways: the public page shows your server icon and name, who is hosting, and for drops a live strip of claimed and open slots.
  • Giveaways: the giveaway message has a new layout. Prize, winners and end time sit in their own fields with a live countdown, the host and the requirements are listed, drops show a progress bar, one link leads to the live page and the tasks, and the colour follows the status. An ended giveaway keeps its title and lists the winners by prize.
  • Giveaways: the dashboard list shows each giveaway's status, entry method, top prize, host, countdown and drop progress, in two columns on wide screens.
  • Giveaways: the giveaway page names the channel, host, winners and entrants with avatars, shows a created, posted, ends and drawn strip, and lists the entries right under the details with their weights.
  • Giveaways: only hosts can create, end, reroll or cancel from Discord, based on the host role from Setup or Manage Server. Every member can still use /giveaway list and /giveaway info.
  • Giveaways: winners are announced and messaged exactly once, whoever ended the giveaway. Ending or rerolling from the dashboard now posts the results and DMs the winners like the slash command does.
  • Giveaways: a member who was disqualified can no longer re-enter by removing and adding their reaction.
  • Giveaways: a second reroll no longer picks a winner from an earlier draw, and a reroll of one prize tier keeps the other tiers on the results.
  • Giveaways: a giveaway with more than ten thousand entries draws from every entry.
  • Giveaways: winners are checked against the server at draw time, so members who left are skipped.
  • Giveaways: cancelling works from every state and no longer accepts a giveaway that is already drawing.
  • Giveaways: winners with closed DMs are told in the channel and can confirm their prize with a button there.
  • Giveaways: recurring giveaways stop after a cancel and keep going after a completed run, and a scheduled giveaway whose start passed while the bot was down is cancelled with a note instead of left behind.
  • Giveaways: the message says 1 entry instead of 1 entries.
  • Giveaways: editing a giveaway can no longer point it at a channel outside your server.

v0.0.36 Added 24 Changed 2 Fixed 18 44 changes
  • Tickets: blacklist. Block a member or a role from opening tickets with /tickets blacklist or from the settings page. They see a short message at the panel button and nothing else.
  • Tickets: inactivity closing. Set how many hours a ticket may sit without a message; the bot then posts a close request with a countdown, a reply from the member cancels it and silence closes it. Off by default.
  • Tickets: transcripts keep their files. Up to ten files from a closed ticket are saved to your log channel, and you can have the transcript and the files sent to the member by DM.
  • Tickets: /ticket respond posts one of your canned responses in the ticket, with autocomplete by title.
  • Tickets: per-panel limits. Each panel can cap how many tickets it has open at once and set a cooldown between tickets from the same member.
  • Tickets: support hours. Set a timezone, days and a daily window; outside it members get your message instead of a ticket, and chosen roles can always get through.
  • Tickets: member notifications. Switch on DMs to the member who opened a ticket when it opens, when a staff member claims it and when staff reply. Members can turn every ticket DM from your server off with /ticket dms off.
  • Tickets: daily limit. Cap how many tickets one member may open in any 24 hours, on top of the open-ticket limit.
  • Tickets: roles that skip the limits. List roles that are never held back by the open, panel, cooldown or daily limits.
  • Tickets: awaiting reply category. Give a panel a category and tickets move there while they wait on the member, then move back when the member replies. Works from Discord and from the dashboard chat.
  • Tickets: start a ticket from any message. Right-click a message, open Apps and choose Start ticket. The ticket quotes the message and can add its author.
  • Tickets: knowledge base. Write help articles once, let members search and browse them with /kb, and have the bot suggest matching articles when a ticket opens.
  • Tickets: deeper analytics. Range and panel filters, a staff performance table, a peak-hours map, a backlog trend, top close reasons, feedback rate and one-touch resolution, with CSV and JSON export.
  • Tickets: closed channel retention. Choose how many days a closed ticket channel stays before it is deleted, or 0 to keep it. Existing servers keep what they had.
  • Tickets: share codes now carry the inactivity, transcript, support hours, notification and limit settings, plus each panel's limits and awaiting category.
  • Group Finder: add to calendar. A scheduled group now carries an Add to calendar link and a Google Calendar link, in the listing and on its dashboard page.
  • Group Finder: repeating groups. Give a scheduled group a repeat of daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly when you create it, or turn it on later with /group repeat. When a run ends, the next one is posted by itself with the same roles, channel and settings, and the leader is already in. Stop it any time.
  • Group Finder: teammate ratings. When a leader marks a group done, each member gets a quick thumbs up or down for the leader. Once there are three votes, the leader's rating shows on their listings and on their history page.
  • Group Finder: game pings. Switch them on in Group Finder settings and members who ran a group for a game recently get a DM when a new group for that game posts, at most once per game every eight hours, with a Stop button on every DM and /group-alerts pings to turn them on or off.
  • Group Finder: time polls. /group poll offers up to five start times, members vote and can change their vote, and closing the poll sets the group's start time.
  • Group Finder: a first /group create on a server that never ran setup now keeps posting to that channel, and the dashboard stops sending you to the setup wizard once you have a listing.
  • Custom bots can now request Discord's Presence Intent from the Bot page. With it on, Group Finder game pings also reach members who are playing the game right now. Turn the intent on for your application in the Developer Portal first; the bot starts without it otherwise and says why in its log.
  • Sentinel: purge filters. /purge can now target messages from bots, messages with a link, messages with files or images and messages containing a phrase, on top of a member, and it never deletes a pinned message. The reply and the case say which filters ran.
  • Sentinel: Author Roles rule condition. Pick roles and match members who hold none of them, or any of them. Scope the rule to a channel and add Delete Message for a staff-only or announcements channel.
  • Sentinel: anti-nuke now says in the bot log when it skipped an exempt account, and the settings page explains that the server owner is always exempt, so test it from a different account.
  • Plugin Builder plans and replans are metered at the same rate, about a cent each, and nothing else is charged until you approve the plan. The free plan revision described in v0.0.22 ended when planning moved onto AI credits, and every page now says the same thing.
  • Settings saved on the dashboard now reach the running bots at once. A Sentinel or plugin change could take up to a minute to apply before.
  • Opening a plugin on a server without an active subscription now sends you to the Plugins page with an explanation instead of an error page.
  • Public pages and FAQ answers no longer describe the open beta, which ended on September 4, as current.
  • Group Finder: a Public group now reaches every server in your networks as well as the public board. Before, only Network groups were shared.
  • Group Finder: closing, kicking, approving, denying, joining or leaving a group from the dashboard now updates the listing in Discord on every server that has it. Closed listings lose their buttons everywhere.
  • Group Finder: a group limited to one of your networks can no longer be joined from a server in a different network, from the buttons or from /group join.
  • Group Finder: the dashboard listing page only opens groups your server can see.
  • Group Finder: accepting a cross-server request for a member you had removed, or on a group that already closed, no longer tells them they are in.
  • Group Finder: /group relist keeps the original group's networks and posts it to your peers and your forum like a new group.
  • Group Finder: leaving a network, or turning off incoming groups, now removes the buttons from the groups that were shared with you and says why. They used to keep updating.
  • Tickets: a member's reply now cancels a staff close request, as the close request message promised.
  • Tickets: closing a ticket twice no longer re-runs the close, and reopening a thread ticket unarchives it.
  • Tickets: reopening from the dashboard refuses tickets whose channel is gone instead of leaving a zombie.
  • Tickets: when a category is full the bot creates the channel outside it and tells the owner, and every other channel creation failure now reaches the owner too.
  • Tickets: transfers between teams keep the ticket claimable and give the new team channel access; team assignment from the dashboard is scoped to your server.
  • Tickets: custom bots no longer send duplicate SLA breach notices, and a ticket channel deleted by hand closes the ticket on custom bots as well.
  • Tickets: the per-user open limit now holds on every way of opening a ticket, including two clicks at once, and applications no longer count against it.
  • Tickets: transcripts capture up to 1000 messages instead of 500.

v0.0.35 Added 13 Changed 2 Fixed 6 21 changes
  • Sentinel message log. Turn it on in Sentinel settings and deleted and edited messages are kept for your moderators with the text, the images and who deleted them. Purges become one entry with a transcript. A new Messages page under Monitor lets you search by channel, member, text and date, with CSV export for managers.
  • Repeat offenders. Sentinel can now lengthen each automod timeout a member earns within a window, multiplied once per prior timeout up to a ceiling you pick. The maths is shown on the case. Off until you turn it on in Sentinel settings, with an option to apply it to moderator timeouts too.
  • Anti-nuke. Sentinel now watches the audit log and alerts your moderators when one account mass deletes channels or roles, mass bans or kicks, spams webhooks, adds a bot, hands out dangerous permissions or changes the server name, vanity link or owner. Alert only, off until you turn it on under Monitor > Anti-nuke, with limits you can tune and accounts you can exempt. Opt in to a response too: remove the account's roles, quarantine, kick or ban it the moment an alert fires, and restore deleted channels and roles from hourly snapshots.
  • Honeypot channels. Pick a channel members are told never to post in. Anything posted there is deleted and the account is banned, kicked, timed out or quarantined before any other rule runs. A button in Sentinel settings creates the channel for you.
  • Link in Name. A new rule condition catches a server invite or a link in a username or display name. The built-in Advertising Accounts template kicks them on join.
  • Word and nickname filters now catch look-alike letters, leetspeak, spaced-out words, markdown tricks and stretched letters. Every existing rule benefits. Untick the new box on a condition to match plain text only.
  • Reaction floods. Set a limit in Sentinel settings and Sentinel removes an account's burst of reactions and, if you choose, warns or times it out. Attachment and image floods are a new rule condition.
  • Fresh Domain Links. A new rule condition flags links to domains registered in the last 30 days, the mark of a phishing kit, with a ready template.
  • Staff Impersonation. A new rule condition catches a member who joins or renames with a moderator's or the owner's name, a name one letter off or a copied avatar, with a ready template.
  • Ban sync across your servers. Servers you own can share bans: flag, kick or ban on join when an account is banned on a sibling, and optionally copy Sentinel bans across.
  • Temporary bans from the reports page. Ban now takes a length (1 hour to 30 days) next to permanent, and the unban is scheduled for you.
  • Moderation done in Discord itself now counts. A ban, kick, timeout, server mute or server deafen a moderator places in Discord's own menus becomes a Sentinel case with that moderator as the actor and the reason they typed, so it shows in history, feeds risk and can be appealed. On by default, with a switch in Sentinel settings.
  • Voice moderation. Rules can now server mute, server deafen, disconnect or move a member, and /voicemod does the same by hand: mute, unmute, deafen, undeafen, disconnect and move. Mutes and deafens can be timed and lift themselves. Each one is a case, and overturning a mute or deafen case lifts it.
  • /timeout tells the moderator the applied length when the server escalates repeat offenders.
  • /unban cancels a temporary ban's pending automatic unban and says so.
  • Nickname rules now post to the mod-log when they act.
  • Rule bans, raid bans and platform-ban gate bans on the shared bot failed silently with a 400 from Discord. They now land.
  • Overturning a temporary ban no longer leaves its timer to fail later on a member who is already free. The case page now shows cancelled reversals.
  • A temporary ban lifted by hand before its timer ran is recorded as done instead of failed.
  • Room names in Join-to-Create Voice Channels showed 1 for every room when the name used the room number.
  • Locking or hiding a Join-to-Create room no longer wipes the rest of its @everyone permissions, so a custom allowlist survives.

v0.0.34 Added 9 Changed 3 Fixed 1 13 changes
  • Join-to-Create rooms can now be run from inside Discord with /voice. Lock, unlock, hide, show, limit, rename, permit, reject, kick, transfer, claim, info and prefs
  • When your room is created the bot sends you a control panel by DM with buttons for every one of those actions. Nobody else sees it or holds the buttons. Anyone can open the same panel privately with /voice info
  • Permit and reject are remembered. The people and roles you let in or keep out follow you into every new room, and reject also disconnects anyone it applies to who is already inside
  • Claim lets someone in a room take it over once the owner has left. With auto-transfer on, the room passes to the first person left the moment the owner leaves
  • Room owners can edit permissions. A new server setting adds Discord's own Manage Permissions to the owner of each room. The bot keeps its own access and restores it if an owner removes it
  • Multiple lobbies. Each lobby gets its own label, category, name template, user limit, bitrate, start locked, start hidden and panel setting, so a server can offer a Duo lobby next to a Squad lobby. Add one from an existing voice channel or create a new one from the dashboard
  • Room name templates understand {count} for the room's number in its lobby and {activity} for the game the member is playing
  • Members can save how their rooms start with /voice prefs: name, limit, locked and hidden, or clear everything remembered
  • New server switches for the control panel, auto-transfer, rooms starting locked and rooms starting hidden, plus an option to also post the panel in the room's chat
  • Unlock and show put a room back the way its category set it, so a room inside a hidden category never becomes public by accident
  • Handing a room over now moves the owner permissions with it, retires the old owner's panel and sends the new owner their own
  • A typo in a room name template no longer stops rooms from being created. The unknown part is left as text
  • A "something stopped working" warning from an old failed message stayed on the Plugins page for two weeks even after the bot could post in that channel again or the plugin had been removed. It now clears on the next check

v0.0.33 Fixed 2 2 changes
  • Plugins no longer show a false "the bot can't post in it" warning on staff-only channels the bot reaches through its role or as an administrator.
  • The plugin builder's sandbox test now runs on every build instead of reporting that it could not run.

v0.0.32 Added 7 Changed 4 Fixed 3 14 changes
  • Design your site. The Plugin Builder can now write a custom web front end for your plugin that looks and feels the way you describe it, like your own website. Tell it the pages you want, who each one is for, the mood, an accent color and a type style. Add up to four images and it designs the pages to match
  • Sites are built for phones first, keep working in light and dark mode and can use Google Fonts. Images are converted and hosted by YourBot so pages load fast
  • The preview shows your site page by page, at desktop or phone width, filled with sample data, before you create the plugin
  • Every finished build now runs once in the plugin sandbox before you see it. Commands, buttons, events, schedules and dashboard handlers are each tried once, and a crash or an error shows up next to the validator findings with the file and line
  • When a build fails a check, the builder makes one short repair pass on its own before showing you the preview. It is charged against the same hold, and the repaired version is kept only when it has fewer problems
  • Run it on my server. One click on the preview creates the plugin and keeps it private, with no marketplace listing and no review. It then installs it on the server you pick with the permissions you approve
  • The plan asks you the open questions it has, and your answers shape the build instead of the builder guessing
  • The plan is checked before you approve it. A command name that belongs to a built-in YourBot feature is renamed. A permission the platform does not have is dropped. A schedule faster than five minutes is flagged. A build can no longer be rejected for those later
  • The builder no longer adds a web dashboard unless you turned Plugin UI on
  • The Plugin UI switch now offers two paths: a quick dashboard from platform widgets, or a custom site written to your brief
  • The preview keeps the version and review details behind a details toggle so the next step is the obvious one
  • The preview showed a blocking error when a plugin used a permission it had not listed, and offered a paid fix, even though creating the plugin added that permission for free. The permission is now added before the preview
  • A plugin whose schedule was written as a name instead of a time crashed the moment it started, and the validator did not catch it. It is now a blocking finding, and the sandbox run would catch it anyway
  • Four of eight builds that did not ask for a dashboard shipped one. They no longer do

v0.0.31 Added 13 Changed 6 Fixed 9 28 changes
  • Your first design lands as the layout first. Roles, categories and channels appear as soon as they are ready, then the builder writes the starter posts and welcome messages while you look the layout over. A first design used to wait on all of that before showing anything
  • Just build me something good. When the builder asks a clarifying question you can tap one button to let it go ahead with sensible defaults instead of answering. It now asks one question at most, and only when it really needs to
  • Quick refine chips above the composer for the changes owners ask for most: fewer channels, a private staff area, a verify gate, giveaways and events. One tap sends a proven prompt
  • A try it now checklist after the build. Every feature the builder set up links straight to the channel in Discord where it shows, so you can test welcome, tickets, join-to-create, listings, giveaways and events in a minute
  • Claim your staff role in one click. The checklist offers you the staff role from your design, so moderation commands work for you right away
  • Every feature comes with a reason. The plan shows why the builder turned each one on, and the build form lists them all with checkboxes so you can leave any feature off before building. Its channels still get built
  • The builder now turns on only what your community will use, usually three to five features, and never adds social feeds or scheduled announcements unless you asked for them
  • Starter copy is checked before the build. A welcome message or starter post that points at a channel the design does not have, or tells members to grab a role in onboarding when there is no onboarding, is flagged with a one-click fix
  • First designs draw on a reference set for common community types, so a gaming clan, a study group, a creator hub or a support server starts from a layout that fits
  • The 13 built-in templates were rebuilt with the same engine. Every channel has a topic and starter posts went from 18 to 55. All 13 now come with onboarding, a moderator ladder and AutoMod rules
  • The builder now says before you build which parts need Discord Community mode on this server, so an announcement or stage channel never quietly turns into a text channel without you knowing
  • After the build the builder checks that the bot can post in every channel a feature points at and tells you if it cannot
  • The Plugins page flags a live feature whose channel is the wrong kind or where the bot can no longer post
  • Follow-up changes are patches now. Renaming a channel, adding a voice channel or changing a setting applies in a few seconds instead of regenerating the whole design
  • The credits chip shows what the next turn usually costs next to the amount it holds. A follow-up reads as a few cents, and the unused part of the hold is refunded when the turn finishes
  • On a server without a subscription the builder shows what it needs up front, in place of the message box, instead of after you send a design
  • Design costs now count the cached part of the prompt, so the amount charged matches the price shown before you send
  • The layout appears while the design streams in, so you can watch it take shape instead of waiting on a spinner
  • When the AI is overloaded the builder retries on its own and tells you plainly if it still cannot finish
  • The bot could lock itself out of private and read-only channels it had just set up for tickets, mod logs or announcements, so transcripts and posts silently failed. The bot now keeps its own access before locking a channel down
  • Rebuilding a design created duplicate channels when a channel with the same name existed in another category. A rebuilt channel now matches inside its own category first
  • Asking the builder to drop channels sometimes removed nothing. Removals now go through as real deletions after you approve them
  • A build could stall for minutes on a Discord rate limit. It now stops early with a clear message instead of hanging
  • When Discord refused to arrange your roles or categories the build reported success and said nothing. It now tells you what was left in creation order and how to fix it
  • Rebuilding a design reapplied locks and relisted AutoMod rules a kept channel already had
  • A build that had to create a forum as a text channel still wired forum settings to it. Downgrades are now reported with the real reason, and settings that need the original type are dropped instead of written against the wrong channel
  • Sentinel was reported as set up without a quarantine role. Every moderation setup now gets one
  • The server owner was refused by moderation commands when they held no staff role. Owners can now moderate regardless of the roles they hold

v0.0.30 Added 9 Enhanced 4 Fixed 10 Security 1 24 changes
  • Where new members came from. The Members page now shows your top inviters and how many of their invites are still here, plus a Via column on Newest Members. Member detail says who invited someone or that they came through the vanity link
  • Invite tracking is honest about what it cannot know. A join reads as exact, ambiguous or unknown rather than guessing, and the page tells you when the bot is missing Manage Server
  • An Invite Tracking switch under Settings, on by default
  • Message Mix. Replies, attachments, links, stickers and mentions as a share of what gets posted, on the Messages page and on channel and member detail. Counts only, never message content
  • Voice Duos. Who actually spends voice time together, on the Voice page, with Often in Voice With on member detail
  • Profile picture at join. Newest Members marks joiners with no profile picture and the account age card counts them, which sits alongside account age as a raid and alt signal
  • Shareable stats cards. /stats now carries an Open and share link, the card has its own public page with Copy link and Image buttons, and a shared link unfurls as the card image instead of plain text
  • Stats cards show 30 day message and voice ranks next to all time, plus progress toward the next role reward such as 320 / 500 messages sent
  • Invite tracking and Message Mix start collecting from this update. Discord keeps no record of which invite a member used and message shape was not stored before, so neither can be filled in for the past
  • Members page depth. Member count over time, active members per day with a 7 day average, bounce rate, Newest Members with account age at join, Recently Left with how long they stayed and an account age histogram for new joiners
  • Channel detail depth. Messages against the previous window with a Growing, Steady, Declining, Quiet or Dead verdict, how many people posted and a voice section for voice channels
  • Member detail now leads with the member's name and a status badge, their join date, account age and when they were last active
  • The churn list is ranked by how active someone was before going quiet, so your most valuable regulars come first
  • Retention Day 7 and Day 30 read close to 0% for every server. They measured a single 24 hour slice exactly N days after the join instead of whether the member came back on day N or later
  • Cohorts too young to have a Day 7 or Day 30 answer were written as 0% and coloured red. They now read pending
  • The onboarding funnel could show more members getting a role than joining. It counted anyone active in the window rather than that window's joiners and dropped members who had since left. It now follows one group of joiners through every stage and adds a Still Here Today stage
  • Active Members, churn risk and the period comparison said they counted messages or voice, and counted only messages
  • The overview churn tile and the retention list used different windows, so the number on the tile never matched the people in the list. They share one window now and the tile links straight to the list
  • The member count chart could pin a day at 1 member
  • Stats cards showed the first digit of a Discord id where the profile picture belongs. They now show the real avatar, display name and handle
  • Unranked members read Rank #N+1 of N and Top 1% on their stats card. Unranked now says unranked
  • Members without a dashboard role could not open their own stats card
  • Approving a marketplace version showed an error page even though the version had already gone live, and the follow notice never reached servers following that plugin
  • The public stats card page loads images over https from public addresses only, with no redirects and a size cap, and both public card routes are rate limited per visitor
