How we checked Everything this table says about the other bots comes from each bot's own public pages, not hands-on testing. We compare stable structural facts only, and a row appears only where every bot's own pages settle it. Last verified 2026-10-12.
These are the three most-used Discord bots whose own sites present looking for group as a main feature, ranked by the server counts they publish. LFG has no very large specialist, and each of the three works its own way. Everything this page says about them comes from their own websites and docs.
Raid Organizer
Raid Organizer calls itself a free bot for dungeon runs, raids, LFG groups and guild events. In an LFG channel every member with the user role can post and manage their own groups with /event create, while the organizer role moderates them all. Members sign up by reacting with the template's emojis, and sign-up templates set your own role names, sub groups and limits. A group can start now, at a set time or after a relative time such as 1d 3h. Reminders go out before the start, a thread can open for each event and an @here ping can announce a new group. Repeating events run every 7 days by default, other intervals need Premium and so does a voice channel made before the start. Premium can be unlocked by voting for the bot, a one-time payment or a Patreon membership.
Best if you run raids with detailed sign-up templates and want members to post their own runs.
Açaí
Açaí builds team cards for raids, dungeons and other groups. /create opens a form, and members join by reacting to the card; extra members go to a waiting list, and the card shows reserves and who dropped out. A group can be for right now, starting as soon as the team fills, or for a future date, and members get a reminder before it starts. Templates can be your own, imported or taken from a public library of official and community templates. Moderators can add members, including names from outside Discord, remove them and restrict users.
Best if you want team cards with a waiting list, reserves and a library of templates.
LFG Tool
LFG Tool is built around voice. A member types a message in the LFG channel while in a voice channel, and the bot turns it into a post linked to that channel, so others join with one click. It also makes dynamic voice channels, with an overflow system that adds channels as a busy server needs them, and the owner of a voice channel can kick, ban, lock it, set a user limit or claim it from a panel. It is set up with two commands and is free to use.
Best if your groups form in voice and you want a post that takes people straight into the channel.
Group Finder, built into YourBot
Group Finder is one of YourBot's ten core services, and every feature below is free on the shared bot. Members post a group with /group create, a quick start such as raid or dungeon, or New group on the dashboard with a live preview, choosing the game, a size from 2 to 40, roles, region, platform, voice and a start time up to 14 days out. Others join with Join and Leave buttons or a role menu, in Discord or on the group's own web page, and a full group takes a waiting list that moves up by itself. A leader can also let people in by hand. Groups get a reminder about 15 minutes before the start, time polls, repeating runs, calendar links, a forum thread if you want one and a voice channel made when a group that needs voice fills.
A group stays in your server unless its leader shares it. Partner servers in a network show a working copy of the post, and a group on the public page can be found on YourBot's all-servers board and on your own page and website widget. Alerts by DM, in a channel or as an hourly digest tell members about new groups, and every group has a live web chat by default. Reports, suspensions and rules that run before a group posts keep things in order, and a finished group asks its members to rate the leader.
Best if you want waiting lists, scheduling and sharing between servers free, in the same bot as moderation, tickets and the other services.

Frequently asked questions
Which Discord LFG bot is the most used?
By the server counts the bots publish, Raid Organizer is the most used bot whose site presents LFG as a main feature, then Açaí and LFG Tool. The counts change every day, so this page gives the order and not the numbers.
Can a YourBot group reach players on other servers?
Yes, if its leader shares it. Partner servers in a network show a working copy of the group, and a group on the public page can be found on YourBot's all-servers board, where anyone signed in can ask to join. Groups stay in your server by default.
Are these LFG bots free?
Raid Organizer and LFG Tool say they are free, and Raid Organizer's Premium, which adds features such as other repeat intervals and voice channels, can also be unlocked by voting. YourBot's Group Finder runs free on the shared bot with every feature; Premium adds your own custom bot and the marketplace.
Can I move from another LFG bot?
Yes. Run `/group setup` to make the channel, the forum and starter templates, rebuild your sign-up templates with named roles and a cap per role, and let the old bot's open groups end before members post new ones.
