What the bot needs

Tickets is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Behaviour

Checked against the code 2026-10-08

Lists your own tickets on this server, privately. Only you see the reply, and it only ever lists tickets you opened.

The bot first applies the server's Command Access rules for /ticket mine and checks that Tickets is enabled ("❌ Tickets is not enabled for this server."). You can run it in any channel of the server; it does not need a ticket channel.

The reply shows every ticket you opened here that is still open (up to 10), with a link to its channel, and your 5 most recently closed tickets. Each line has the ticket's number, title and where it stands (for example "Waiting for your reply" or "Closed"), and a link to its page on the YourBot website. The last line links to every ticket you opened on any server. A ticket you opened by writing to the bot has no link to a channel, because that conversation is in your direct messages.

On the website you sign in with Discord. An open ticket shows where it stands with a button back to it in Discord. A closed ticket shows the conversation as you saw it in your ticket, with the files the server kept as links. When the server did not keep a copy, the page says "No copy of this conversation was kept".

A ticket you opened by writing to the bot shows the conversation while it is still open too: your own messages and the team's replies to you, taken from the latest 100 messages of the ticket. So you can read an answer there when a direct message did not reach you. The page says "This ticket is still open. You talk to the team in your direct messages with the bot. Write there to answer." It has no button into Discord, and after the close it still shows only that conversation.

Good to know

  • Staff notes and the team's own records are never part of your page.
  • With no tickets on this server the reply says "You have no tickets on this server yet."
