The Discord ticket bot for real support work.

Tickets is YourBot's support desk. Members open a ticket from a panel, answer your intake form and land in a private channel with the right team already inside. Staff work it from Discord or the web, and every ticket closes with a transcript. All of it runs on the Free plan.

One panel, many doors

A panel is the message with the buttons. Each button can send a member down its own path, with its own form, team, ping role, category and channel name.

Private channel

The default. A new channel only the member and the right staff can see. If the bot cannot hide it from everyone, it does not create it.

Private thread

A private thread under a channel you choose, for servers that want fewer channels.

Form to a review queue

No channel at all. The answers post to a staff channel with Accept and Reject buttons, a role on accept if you want one and a DM either way.

Start from any message Right-click a message, choose Apps, then Start ticket. The message is quoted in the new ticket, and you decide who may use it.
Limits that stop floods Cap open tickets per member and per panel, add a daily cap and a cooldown, and let chosen roles skip the counting.
Names from a template Channel names can use {number}, {panel}, {username}, {button} and {category}, so ticket-142 or billing-mira is your call.

Ask the questions before staff do

An intake form collects what staff would ask anyway, so the first reply can be an answer instead of a question.

A native Discord form

Up to five text fields open as a Discord modal. Dropdowns and yes or no questions come first as quick steps, each with a cancel button.

Filled in from Discord

Nine values, from username to roles and booster status, can prefill a field that stays editable, read-only or hidden.

Questions that depend on answers

Show a field only when another answer equals, contains or has a value.

The right person, on time

Teams decide who sees a ticket, SLA policies decide how fast, and the status follows the conversation without anyone touching it.

A member's message flips a ticket to Awaiting Staff and a staff reply flips it back. A close request counts down 24 hours by default and cancels itself if the member answers.

Support hours A daily window per weekday in your server's time zone, with roles that bypass it and your own closed message.
A blocklist Block a member or role from opening tickets, with a reason only staff see.
DMs members can switch off Opened, claimed and staff replied, each a server switch, and /ticket dms off stops all of them for one member.

Work it from Discord or the browser

Staff who live in Discord have 24 slash commands. Everyone else works a live queue in the browser and answers from a ticket page that mirrors the Discord chat.

Every ticket leaves a record

Closing a ticket saves a transcript, asks the member how it went and feeds the numbers your team is measured on.

Transcripts that outlive the channel Up to 1,000 messages, styled like Discord, with the intake answers, staff notes and activity log. The channel goes after 7 days by default and the transcript stays.
Attachments kept Up to 10 files and 8 MB per ticket travel with the transcript.
Ratings from one tap A 1 to 5 star rating by DM when a ticket closes, with room for a comment.
Numbers for the team First response and resolution times, ratings, SLA breaches, staff performance and clicks per button, with a CSV export.

Questions

What is the best ticket bot for Discord?

YourBot's built-in tickets service covers panels, intake forms, staff teams, SLA policies and archived transcripts, with no extra bot to invite. Support runs on the same bot and dashboard as the rest of your setup.

How do I set up a ticket system in Discord?

Enable the tickets service, then run auto-setup. It checks the bot's permissions, creates a support category, a ticket channel and a log channel, builds a staff team from your existing mod roles and posts your first panel. You can also start from one of four ready-made setups: General Support, Bug Reports, Applications or Modmail.

Can members fill out a form when they open a ticket?

Yes. Intake forms have eight field types, including dropdowns, multi-select, toggles and validated number or date fields. Nine Discord values such as username, account age and roles can prefill answers, and a field can be set to appear only when an earlier answer matches.

Does every ticket create a new channel?

Only if you want it to. A panel can open each ticket as its own private channel, as a private thread under a parent channel or as a form submission that posts to a review queue with no channel at all.

Can members open a ticket from a message?

Yes. Right-click any message, choose Apps, then Start ticket. The message is quoted in the new ticket, and you choose whether everyone, staff or only server managers can use it.

How do tickets get assigned to the right staff?

Panels, buttons and categories each route to a staff team, and a team can be made of individual members or whole roles. Assignment is manual by default, or you can pick round-robin or least-loaded so the ticket lands on whoever is next in rotation or holds the fewest open tickets.

Can staff answer tickets without opening Discord?

Yes. The ticket page in the dashboard shows the live Discord conversation, and staff can reply, attach a file or edit and delete what the bot sent from the browser. Replies carry the staff member's display name so the member knows who is talking.

Are closed tickets saved?

Yes, every close archives a transcript with up to 1,000 messages, the intake answers, the internal staff notes and the activity log. You can read it in the dashboard or download it as HTML or plain text, and it stays after the Discord channel is deleted at the end of your retention period, 7 days by default. Transcripts need an account with access to that server, so there is no public link.

Is the tickets service free?

Yes. Tickets is one of the ten core services on the Free plan, with no feature paywalls. Premium adds your own custom bot and lets marketplace plugins and your Plugin Builder creations run on your server.
