Welcome is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Takes one of the self-assignable roles off you. The reply is visible only to you and comes in your own Discord language. Anyone can run it.

The role field suggests only the roles on the list that you have. Roles that are not on the list cannot be removed with this command, so it never touches a role staff gave you. The same role check as /roles add runs first; then the bot replies "Removed @role."

Good to know

  • If you do not have the role, the bot says so and changes nothing.
