Shows a member's moderation record from the right-click menu: open the member's menu, pick Apps, then View cases. It shares its Command Access rules with /history. Discord shows it only to members with Timeout Members by default, and the bot only answers an Administrator or a holder of a moderator role from the Settings page ("No permission."). It also checks that the Moderation service is enabled ("Sentinel is not enabled for this server."). Only the moderator sees the reply.
The reply is a card titled "Moderation History for Name". Its first line shows the risk score out of 100, the risk band (clean, track, caution, high or critical), the warning count and a quarantined or watchlisted flag when either applies. Below that come the member's last 10 cases, newest first, each with the date, the case type, the case number and the first 80 characters of the reason. A member with no cases gets "No cases found for Name." under the risk line.
There is no target check: it works on anyone, including the server owner, staff, bots and users who are no longer in the server. Nothing is changed and nothing is posted to the moderation log channel. If the cases cannot be read, the reply is "I couldn't read the cases right now. Try again in a moment."
Good to know
- Unlike /history, the risk line is always shown, even for a member with no cases.
- An anti-nuke panic lockdown does not block it, since it only reads.
- /case shows one case in full. On the dashboard, History holds the complete record: the Cases tab and each member's page under Members.
