Releases a member from quarantine. Discord shows the command only to members with Timeout Members by default. The bot checks Command Access rules, that the Moderation service is enabled ("Sentinel is not enabled for this server."), and that the moderator is an Administrator or holds a moderator role from the Settings page ("No permission."). The usual target rule applies: not the server owner, not a bot, and not a member whose highest role is at or above the moderator's own ("Cannot action that member."). The reason is optional and defaults to "Released".
The bot removes the quarantine role, clears the member's quarantine flag and ends any anti-nuke hold on them. If an anti-nuke quarantine took the member's roles, Sentinel gives them back too: every one that still exists and sits below the bot's highest role. Roles with dangerous permissions come back only when the server owner, a Sentinel extra owner or an anti-nuke exempt account or role runs it; otherwise they stay off, and the reply and a note in the moderation log name them so an owner can give them back by hand. The reply is "@member released from quarantine." If Discord refuses to remove the role, for example because the quarantine role sits above the bot's highest role, the moderator is told and the member stays quarantined, so the command can be run again once the role order is fixed.
When the member is not holding the role, or no quarantine role is set, or it was deleted, the flag is cleared anyway and the reply says the quarantine flag was cleared with no role to remove. That is the way out of a stale quarantine after someone removed the role by hand.
No case is opened and no DM is sent. The moderation log channel only gets a post when roles with dangerous permissions stayed off.
