Shows a member's moderation record. Discord shows the command to everyone by default, but the bot only answers an Administrator or a holder of a moderator role from the Settings page ("No permission."). It also checks Command Access rules and that the Moderation service is enabled ("Sentinel is not enabled for this server."). Only the moderator sees the reply.
The reply starts with "Moderation History for member#0000", then a line with the risk score out of 100, the risk band (clean, track, caution, high or critical), the warning count, and a quarantined or watchlisted flag when either applies. Below that come the member's last ten cases, newest first, each with the date, the case type, the case number and the first part of the reason.
A member with no cases gets "No cases found for member#0000.", followed by the risk line when they have a score, are watchlisted or are quarantined.
Good to know
- /case shows one case in full. The dashboard Cases page and each member's page under Users hold the complete record.
- Staff notes added with /note appear here as cases.
