Analytics is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.
Shows an emoji's details. For a custom emoji: its image link, whether it is animated, when it was made and the server when it belongs to this one. For a standard emoji: its name and code points. Send the emoji itself, or the name of one of this server's emojis. The reply is public.
Plain text gets the private reply "Send the emoji itself, or the name of one of this server's emojis."
