Analytics is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.
Stops updating a counter channel. The Discord channel stays as it is unless you set delete_channel to yes, which deletes it too.
If the channel you pick is not a counter channel, the reply is "That channel is not a counter channel." If the bot cannot delete the channel, the counter is still removed and the reply asks you to delete the channel by hand.
