Looks for everything that could stop this server's counters from updating and lists it privately, one line per counter channel: ✅ when it is updating, or ⚠️ with what is wrong.
It checks that the bot has Manage Channels in the server and can see and manage each counter channel (and connect to it, for a voice channel), that the channel still exists, that status and activity counters have the Presence intent, that a ban counter has Ban Members, that a goal message channel still exists and the bot can post there, whether a counter is paused and the last error the bot hit.

- The first line shows how many of your plan's counter channels are in use.
- Discord will not let the bot rename a voice channel it cannot connect to. The channels the bot makes allow it already; for a channel you made, allow the bot Connect on it.
