Lets a blocked member or role open tickets again.
The bot first applies the server's Command Access rules for /tickets blacklist remove, checks that Tickets is enabled ("❌ Tickets is not enabled for this server."), and requires the Manage Server permission: "You need Manage Server to do that." Fill in exactly one of member or role; both or neither answers "Pick a member or a role, not both."
When an entry existed it is removed and the bot confirms privately, without pinging: "✅ @target can open tickets again." When there was nothing to remove: "@target was not blocked."
Good to know
- Removing a member's own entry does not help while one of their roles is still blocked. Remove the role entry too.
- /tickets blacklist list shows what is currently blocked.
