Tickets is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Shows who is blocked from opening tickets in this server.
The bot first applies the server's Command Access rules for /tickets blacklist list, checks that Tickets is enabled ("❌ Tickets is not enabled for this server."), and requires the Manage Server permission: "You need Manage Server to do that."
The reply is private and pings nobody. Each line shows the member or role and, in brackets, the reason given when they were blocked. It lists up to 40 entries and is cut at 1900 characters. With no entries: "Nobody is blocked from opening tickets."
Good to know
- Add entries with /tickets blacklist add and lift them with /tickets blacklist remove.
- The reasons shown here are never shown to the blocked members.
