Moves the current ticket to another staff team, changes who can see the channel, and pings the new team.
The bot first applies the server's Command Access rules for /ticket transfer and checks that Tickets is enabled ("❌ Tickets is not enabled for this server."). The command only works inside a ticket channel or thread ("No ticket found in this channel."). Members with Manage Server may always transfer. Otherwise you must be staff for the ticket: its current team, or a role given access when the ticket opened. Others see "Only staff can transfer tickets."
The team_id option takes the number of a team in this server. There is no picker for it, and the dashboard Teams page does not print the number. A number that is not one of this server's teams answers "Team not found." The ticket's dashboard page offers the same move without the number: pick the team in its "Team" drop-down and press Assign.
The ticket's team changes and the transfer is recorded in the ticket's "Activity log". In a text channel the new team's members and roles gain view and send, and the old team's lose theirs, except the member who opened the ticket, the bot, roles with Manage Server, and anyone also on the new team. Threads keep their members as they are. If the new team has a ping role, the bot posts a message in the channel that pings that role and says the ticket has been transferred to their team. Finally it confirms "🔀 Ticket transferred to team <name>."
Good to know
- The confirmation can take a few seconds while the bot changes channel permissions.
- Teams, their members and their ping roles are managed on the dashboard's Teams page.
