Shows the current ticket's card privately, the same card the bot posted as the welcome message.
The bot first applies the server's Command Access rules for /ticket status and checks that Tickets is enabled ("❌ Tickets is not enabled for this server."). The command only works inside a ticket channel or thread ("No ticket found in this channel."). Anyone who can see the channel can run it.
The reply is private and shows the ticket card. Its title carries the ticket number and title. It lists Created by, Status and Priority, the intake category path when the ticket was opened through categories, the panel's welcome text, the member's form answers, and the first response due time when the panel has an SLA policy. Created by always names the member who opened the ticket, even when someone else runs the command or the opener has left the server.
Status reads as one of 🟢 Open, 🟣 Claimed, ⏳ Awaiting User, ⏳ Awaiting Staff, 🔶 Close Requested or ⛔ Closed.
Good to know
- The card is a snapshot for you only. It does not edit the welcome message.
- The ticket's dashboard page shows the same details plus staff notes and the activity log.
