Sets the priority of the ticket in the current channel and updates the ticket card to match.
The bot first applies the server's Command Access rules for /ticket priority and checks that Tickets is enabled ("❌ Tickets is not enabled for this server."). The command only works inside a ticket channel or thread ("No ticket found in this channel."). Only staff may change priority: Manage Server, the ticket's staff team, or a role given access when the ticket opened. Others see "Only staff can change priority."
The level option offers four choices: 🟢 Low, 🔵 Normal, 🟡 High and 🔴 Urgent. The bot confirms in the channel for everyone: "<emoji> Priority set to <level>." When the level actually changed, the ticket card in the welcome message is rebuilt so its Priority field reflects the new level.
Good to know
- The change is recorded in the ticket's "Activity log" on its dashboard page, with the old and the new level.
- Priority also shows in /ticket status, in the transcript embed, and in /tickets search results.
- The ticket card's colour follows the priority unless the intake form sets its own colour.
