Records that a member did not turn up to one of your groups. listing is one of your open listings on this server (autocomplete or part of the title) and member is the person to record.
Only the listing's creator can use it: You can only report no-shows on your own groups. You cannot record yourself: You can't report yourself. A second report for the same member on the same listing is refused with You've already reported a no-show for that member on this group.
On success the private reply is Recorded a no-show for @member. The member is not pinged and is not told. The record counts toward that member's no-show total on this server.
This command does not check whether Group Finder is switched on for the server. It is listed under moderation in the command access presets even though it is a leader action, so a Default preset limits it to the moderator roles.
