How to Build and Run a Rise Online World Discord Community With YourBot

A Rise Online World Discord should be organized around server, faction, party size, class specialization, clan membership, and the exact PvP/PvE activity being coordinated. Rise Online World is not a single generic MMO queue. The current Windows PC service has two live servers, Aarvad and Galantis; two opposing factions, Lunaskar and Protean; four base classes with distinct specializations; an eight-player normal party structure; larger Clan Dungeon raid groups; recurring PvP events; and clan-centric competition.

The most common Discord mistake is to treat all of that as one #lfg channel with a five-player starter template. Five is not the normal Rise Online party size. A Galantis character is not an Aarvad character. A Protean group and a Lunaskar group are not automatically interchangeable. An eight-person farming/PvP party is not the same as a Clan Dungeon raid that can scale far larger. And the separate Rise Online World Mobile service has its own patch line and platform experience, so this guide does not silently mix mobile players into the Windows PC community.

This guide builds a fictional 246-member community called Aarvad Vanguard. Its associated in-game clan is a Protean clan on Galantis, but the Discord also admits applicants, allies, alumni, and Aarvad players for general community discussion. The community organizes farming, portals, dungeons, Clan Dungeon runs, Death Valley PvP, Blood Valley, Inferno Temple, Crystal Fortress, Castle Defense, Titan's Arena, gathering/crafting, and progression. YourBot handles the Discord-side structure and coordination. Rise Online World remains authoritative for characters, server, faction, clan membership, party state, inventory, gear, Battle Points, Season Points, crafting/gathering progress, event eligibility, rewards, and enforcement.

Start With the Right Rise Online World Community Model

This guide targets the Windows PC service

Rise Online World now has separate PC and Mobile surfaces, each with its own client, website area, patch numbering, and current content cadence.

This article targets the Windows 10/11 64-bit PC service at riseonlineworld.com. The PC site currently advertises its Unreal Engine 5 client and its own v15 patch line. Rise Online World Mobile has a separate mobile website and a separate 1.x patch line.

Do not build one operational LFG that silently combines both services. If your Discord supports Mobile too, give it a clearly separate role/category or separate templates.

Current PC servers: Aarvad and Galantis

The current official Battle Points ranking exposes two PC server choices:

Galantis is the merged server formed when Galia and Mantis were combined on July 16, 2026. The v14 patch notes already refer to Galantis directly.

That means older channels or guides that still say Galia or Mantis are stale for current operational use.

Every serious LFG should state:

Server: Galantis

or:

Server: Aarvad

before class composition or activity.

Faction matters: Lunaskar and Protean

Rise Online World is built around the opposing Lunaskar and Protean factions. The official site and live rankings still expose both factions as a core identity.

For ordinary clan/open-world coordination, include faction on the listing. Some specific events can mix the two races under event-specific rules, so do not hard-code "cross-faction impossible" into every workflow either.

The safe rule is:

Put faction on the listing. Follow the current activity's own rules.

Normal party structure is eight players

The current PC Action Points rules explicitly describe rewards being divided across an eight-player party, and the official community/forum documentation consistently treats eight as the standard party size.

So the default Rise Online template should be 8, not YourBot's generic Quick Group size of 5.

That does not mean every group must contain eight. A farm or progression group may intentionally run smaller. But eight is the correct normal ceiling to build around.

Clan Dungeon is a different scale

The official Rise Online forum's Clan Dungeon guide—posted by a Game Master and updated in October 2025—documents:

This is a perfect example of why a normal party and a raid/event roster are different concepts.

Use Group Finder for the small formation units and Beacon for scheduled Clan Dungeon attendance when the roster grows beyond a normal eight-player party.

Classes and specializations are real, but composition is activity-specific

Current official class documentation lists:

Rise Online actually does use meaningful combat responsibilities—Defensive Warrior is described as a tank, Priest has explicit healing/buff/debuff specializations, and Rogue/Mage branches provide different damage/control roles.

But do not turn that into one mandatory composition for every activity.

A Death Valley PvP party may want something different from a portal farm. A Clan Dungeon group may care about sustain and ranged damage. A tournament or event may define its own composition rules.

Put the needed specializations on the listing instead of forcing one universal "2/2/2/2" model.

Current live state: v15.0.0

As of September 25, 2026, the latest PC patch listed by the official site is 15.0.0, published August 8.

Current 2026 progression changes include:

Treat v15 features as current, but do not create permanent channels named after one shoulder item or one portal. Keep the Discord structure durable.

The Community We Will Build

Aarvad Vanguard is a 246-member Rise Online World PC Discord.

1. Create the Foundation With Start Your Server

Rise Online has too many maps, bosses, events, class branches, crafting professions, and seasonal changes to create permanent channels for all of them.

Build around workflows.

Review before applying

Review Channels, Roles, Services, and overwrites before Build.

Preview as:

An Applicant should see public clan information and help, but not restricted PvP tactics, alliance plans, or staff logs.

Keep deletion disabled on the first build. Read the build report and fix permission failures before cleanup.

Announcements schedules and Social Feed subscriptions require manual finishing steps.

2. Welcome: Server and Faction Before Class

A useful onboarding flow should answer:

  1. PC service?
  2. Aarvad or Galantis?
  3. Lunaskar or Protean?
  4. class/specialization?
  5. PvP/PvE interests?

Recommended self-select roles:

Specialization roles are optional. Do not bury a new player under twelve required buttons before they can see general chat.

Do not make Clan Officer, War Lead, Raid Lead, or Moderator self-selectable.

A greeting:

Welcome to Aarvad Vanguard. Choose your PC server and faction first, then class and activity interests. Aarvad and Galantis are separate servers; Galantis is the current merged Galia/Mantis server. Normal parties are built around up to eight players. Never share account credentials, verification codes, or payment information here.

Test: Join with a clean test account, choose Galantis, Protean, Priest, and Dungeon, and verify only those intended roles appear.

3. Sentinel: Moderate Tool Sellers, Phishing, and Scam Behavior

Rise Online is a trading/PvP MMO where members may share market information, item screenshots, build resources, and community tools.

Sentinel should focus on:

Do not treat every mention of bot, R.O.W.A, or automation as proof of cheating. Players may be discussing the official R.O.W. Assistant or a patch note.

Use dry-run/logging for aggressive rules.

Discord moderation is not game enforcement.

Test: Send a controlled dummy phishing-domain message in a staff-only channel and verify the intended rule logs or blocks it.

4. Tickets: Route Clan, Alliance, Dungeon, and Security Requests

Use focused intake.

Clan Application

Ally / Guest Access

Dungeon / Raid Help

Private Security Report

Never request account password, email password, 2FA/recovery code, payment details, phone verification secret, or remote access.

Accepting a Clan ticket does not add the member to the in-game clan. Granting War Room access does not alter game permissions.

Test: Open a Clan Application and Security Report from a test account; confirm each is visible only to the correct staff.

5. Group Finder: Build Around Eight-Player Parties

Read-only inspection of YourBot's current develop revision shows Rise Online World is not in Group Finder's automatic game-detection list.

The generic setup creates a five-player Quick Group. That is not a correct Rise Online default.

Create the first template

Template Name: Rise Online Party
Game: Rise Online World
Default Party Size: 8
Default Expiry: 2 hours
Description: Standard PC party. Require server, faction, activity/map, class/specialization context, current players, voice, and duration.

Additional templates

Template Target size Required context
Farming / Progression Party up to 8 Server, faction, map/slot, level range, class mix
Death Valley PvP Party up to 8 Server, faction, PvP goal, class mix, voice
Portal Hunt up to 8 Server, faction, portal/map, expected duration
Group Dungeon up to 8 unless activity says otherwise Server, dungeon, level/access, class mix
Clan Dungeon Core Party 8 Server, clan, entry readiness, roles
Clan Dungeon Raid Event Beacon / up to 50 Server, clan, raid lead, attendance, voice
4v4 PvP Practice 4 Server/event availability, one-per-class if using official matchmaking rules

The current PC patch history includes a 4v4 matchmaking system in which each team is formed from one character of each base class. Treat that as a specific competitive template, not the general party model.

Example live listing

Title: Death Valley — Protean party needs 2
Game: Rise Online World
Platform: PC
Server: Galantis
Faction: Protean
Activity: Death Valley PvP
Target Size: 8
Current: 6/8
Classes Present: Warrior, Warrior, Priest, Rogue, Mage, Mage
Need: Priest or Rogue preferred; flexible if geared
Specializations: Healer Priest already present
Voice: Required
Session: ~90 minutes
Notes: Joining the Discord listing does not create the in-game party. Leader confirms roster and sends the game invite.

Do not mix Aarvad and Galantis in one operational listing.

Test: Fill an eight-player party and confirm a ninth member goes to the waitlist. Then create a four-player PvP-practice template and confirm its lower capacity is preserved.

6. Beacon Events: Schedule Clan Dungeon and Fixed-Time Events

Beacon is especially useful because Rise Online has a live event calendar.

Current official PC event listings include:

The current calendar publishes GMT+3 times and frequencies. Use those exact current times when building real schedules and re-check after patches.

Example Clan Dungeon event:

Event: Galantis Clan Dungeon
Server: Galantis
Faction: Protean
Clan: Aarvad Vanguard
Date/Time: Saturday 21:00 GMT+3
Attendance Goal: 24
Minimum: 8
Raid Capacity: Up to 50
Duration: 30 minutes
Raid Lead: 1
Party Leads: 3
Voice: Required for leads; recommended for all
Requirements:
- Clan membership
- Premium requirement confirmed
- Entry started by Clan Leader
Waitlist: Enabled after selected capacity

Example Blood Valley event:

Event: Blood Valley
Server: Galantis
Faction: Protean
Time: Wednesday 22:00 GMT+3
Staging: 21:40
Party Structure: multiple parties of up to 8
Voice: War Staging + party rooms

Beacon RSVP does not:

Test: Create a 16-person war event as two parties of eight. Verify attendance can exceed one party without presenting it as a 16-player normal party.

7. Join-to-Create Voice: Eight for Parties, Larger for Raids

Create three lobbies.

Join Party

Join Raid

War Staging

For 4v4 practice, make a temporary room capped at four.

Do not create permanent rooms for every map/channel.

Discord voice does not create an in-game party or raid.

Test: Fill an eight-user party room, verify the ninth cannot enter, transfer ownership, and confirm cleanup when everyone leaves.

8. Announcements: Use the Official Event Calendar and Patch Dates

Use Announcements for:

A current example:

Rise Online World PC — September 2026 Notes

CURRENT SERVERS:
- Aarvad
- Galantis (Galia + Mantis merged July 16)

CURRENT PATCH LINE:
- 15.0.0
- Runebound Shoulder added
- Gathering/Craft Level 50 is live
- Portal system remains active

EVENT REMINDER:
- Check the official event calendar before each week.
- Blood Valley, Inferno Temple, Crystal Fortress, Castle Defense, Titan's Arena and Deathmatch run on scheduled windows.

LFG:
- Normal party = up to 8.
- Always state Server + Faction.

Use opt-in notification roles.

Do not keep Galia/Mantis event roles alive after the Galantis merge.

Test: Schedule a test announcement five minutes ahead with a @Blood Valley role and verify it posts once without pinging unrelated members.

9. Social Feeds: Use the Official Rise Online World YouTube Channel

Read-only inspection of YourBot's current Social Feeds catalog shows no curated Rise Online World entry.

The PC service also does not need a fabricated Steam source.

The official Rise Online World website directly links to its YouTube channel:

UChzF1HlICfZhm4JEx3yulqw

YourBot supports YouTube channel URL/ID/handle subscriptions.

Use:

Source: YouTube
Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChzF1HlICfZhm4JEx3yulqw
Display Name: Rise Online World — Official Videos
Destination: #rise-updates
Ping Role: None by default
Digest: Optional

Because YouTube may include trailers, promotional videos, and event coverage—not every patch note—keep the official game site's Patch Notes/Events pages as the source of truth for operational scheduling.

Do not claim the feed mirrors every website announcement.

Start Your Server can enable Social Feeds, but the actual subscription remains a manual finishing step.

Test: Add the official channel, preview/test the feed in #rise-updates, verify the channel identity, and confirm no unwanted ping.

10. Analytics: Measure the Discord, Not Character Power

Analytics can answer:

It does not know:

Do not use Discord activity as a "best player" or "strongest clan member" score.

Test: Generate activity in a public channel, Group Finder listing, and voice room; confirm expected analytics appear while private ticket/war channels are excluded as intended.

11. Giveaways: Keep Discord Winners Separate From the Game Economy

Use Giveaways for low-risk community rewards such as:

Do not imply YourBot automatically transfers:

Never ask for account credentials or payment information to deliver a prize.

Test: Run a staff-only giveaway for Choose next class workshop, verify winner/reroll behavior, then use the same low-risk pattern publicly.

Keep PC and Mobile Separate Operationally

Rise Online World now has a mobile service, but this guide deliberately targets PC.

The official sites already reflect separate product surfaces:

Even where the games share names, classes, factions, and visual identity, their current progression and content are not safe to treat as one operational environment.

If your Discord supports both:

should be a first-level compatibility role.

Do not let a Mobile member click an eight-player PC Galantis listing and assume it is their session.

Use Server Merge History to Clean Up Roles

The July 16, 2026 Galia/Mantis merger is a practical Discord maintenance example.

Before:

After:

Current official ranking pages now show Aarvad and Galantis.

So after a server merge:

  1. archive old server roles
  2. migrate members to the new role where appropriate
  3. update Group Finder templates
  4. update market channels
  5. update clan-access rules
  6. keep one dated merge notice for history

Do not leave dead compatibility roles in onboarding.

Use Class Specialization in the Session, Not as a Permanent Lock

Rise Online's classes have real specializations.

Examples:

Those are meaningful enough to be useful Group Finder role slots.

But a player can have multiple characters or respec/play different branches. Their Discord identity should not be permanently locked to one specialization.

Use:

Need 1 Healer Priest and 1 ranged DPS.

on the listing.

Avoid:

You chose Warrior during onboarding, so you can never join a Mage event.

Separate Normal Parties From Clan Raid Structure

A normal Rise Online party is eight players.

The official Clan Dungeon guide adds a different layer:

That makes Clan Dungeon a Beacon-first workflow.

A 32-player Clan Dungeon night can be:

Do not make 50 the default Group Finder party size.

Treat Event Schedules as Live Data

Rise Online's official event page currently publishes times for:

This is exactly the kind of information that should not be frozen into permanent guide copy forever.

Use the current schedule when creating the event, then verify it again after major patches.

The guide teaches the workflow, not a promise that September 2026 times never change.

Add a Clan Operations Readiness Board Only When You Need It

Aarvad Vanguard can launch with built-ins.

Group Finder handles the group forming now. Beacon handles scheduled clan events. Tickets handle applications/access. Announcements handle schedule changes.

A custom plugin becomes useful if Clan Officers repeatedly ask:

Which Galantis Protean members say they are ready for this activity, what class/specialization do they play, and when are they available?

Before building, check the Marketplace for a maintained solution. If none fits, create Clan Operations Readiness Board.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the official current PC title?

The current first-party title is Rise Online World. This guide uses that official name even if players casually shorten it to Rise Online.

What are the current PC servers?

The current official ranking page exposes Aarvad and Galantis. Galantis is the July 2026 merger of Galia and Mantis.

How many players are in a normal Rise Online party?

The current PC systems use an eight-player standard party structure.

How large can Clan Dungeon groups be?

The official Game Master guide states a minimum of eight to enter and an active Raid system supporting up to 50 players.

Is Rise Online World Mobile the same operational service?

It has its own mobile client/site and separate 1.x patch line. This guide is for the Windows PC service and does not mix the two in LFG.

Does YourBot automatically detect Rise Online World?

Not in the read-only develop revision inspected for this guide. Create explicit Rise Online templates manually.

Is Rise Online World in YourBot's curated Social Feeds catalog?

Not in the inspected catalog. Use the official Rise Online World YouTube channel linked directly by the game website rather than inventing a Steam source.

Can YourBot read my level, gear, Battle Points, Season Points, or clan status?

Not through the built-in services. The optional Clan Operations Readiness Board is deliberately self-reported.

Build the Discord Around Server, Faction, and the Group That Actually Exists

Rise Online World already has the game-side systems for parties, clans, PvP, dungeons, events, factions, trading, rankings, crafting, and progression. A useful Discord should make those systems easier to coordinate without pretending to replace them.

Start Your Server creates the durable foundation. Welcome asks for server and faction before class. Sentinel protects a trade/PvP community from phishing and unofficial-tool sellers. Group Finder uses the real eight-player normal-party structure. Beacon scales Clan Dungeon and timed PvP events beyond one party. Temporary voice mirrors party, raid, and war organization. Announcements use the official event calendar and patch notes. Social Feeds follows a verified official channel without pretending it replaces the website.

Rise Online World remains authoritative for server, faction, character, class, clan membership, gear, Battle Points, Season Points, Auction House state, crafting/gathering, event entry, rewards, and enforcement.

Use Start Your Server to establish or refine the Discord foundation. Add Plugin Builder only when a persistent workflow such as clan-operation readiness becomes a recurring need the built-in services do not already solve.
