Koya is an all-in-one Discord app. Its features page lists a welcome bot, moderation, leveling, social alerts, reaction roles and a ticket system, all set up on its dashboard. Members open a ticket from buttons or a select menu, can fill in a Discord form with text fields, checkboxes, choices or file uploads and get a text channel of their own that your support roles can see. Each panel can log to a channel of its own, and a ticket can close itself when its member leaves the server. Koya is free for small servers. Premium adds claiming, HTML transcripts and a custom profile for the bot, and Pro a fully branded bot of your own.
YourBot is one bot whose features are services. Ten are built in and run free on every server, and Tickets and Analytics are the two this page compares with Koya's ticket system and its leveling and server stats. The other eight include Sentinel moderation and Welcome. Premium, billed per server, adds a bot under your own name, the open marketplace and the Plugin Builder.
The short version
- Pick Koya if you want XP and levels, you already run it for welcome or social alerts, or you want ticket forms that take file uploads.
- Pick YourBot if you want claiming and HTML transcripts without a paid plan, the choice of a thread or a channel for each panel, or server charts inside Discord.
- If you run both for a while, keep tickets on in only one of them, so members see one set of panels.
Opening a ticket
Both open tickets from buttons or a menu and can ask questions first. Koya's form opens in Discord with text fields, checkboxes, choices and file uploads. Tickets puts up to 25 buttons on a panel or a dropdown up to 10 levels deep, and its forms ask up to 25 questions in Discord pop-ups, five to a page, with 11 field types and questions that show only after certain answers.
Working a ticket
Koya gives every ticket a text channel that your support roles can see, and claiming is on Premium. Tickets lets each panel choose a private channel, a private thread or no channel at all, for applications that go to a review queue. Staff claim with a button or a command, set a priority, leave notes members never see and move a ticket to another team or panel. Teams get new tickets by hand, in turn or fewest first, and staff can answer from the ticket's page on the dashboard.
Records and closing
Koya logs each panel's tickets to a channel you pick, keeps HTML transcripts on Premium and can close a ticket when its member leaves. Tickets keeps an HTML transcript styled like Discord in an archive on the dashboard, sends your pick of 17 events to its log channel and closes tickets when the member leaves or after an idle countdown that any member reply cancels. Canned responses, a knowledge base, star ratings and Insights with a CSV download come with it.
Leveling and server stats
Koya's homepage has a Levels section, and its features page presents a free server stats bot beside it. Its leveling gives XP for messages with a cooldown and a curve you set, role rewards on level-up in stack or replace mode and a rank card for every member, with custom designs on Premium. Its public leaderboard page lives on Koya's website, and XP can be imported from MEE6 or Amari. Its server stats have four chart views: messages, voice, server and members. Voice covers total time, sessions and time spent AFK, muted or deafened, and the member view tracks joins, leaves and net change over time. In Discord, /stats commands show quick numbers and export daily server and voice statistics, and the charts themselves are on Koya's website.
YourBot has no XP or levels. Analytics hands out roles with role rewards instead: up to 8 conditions on activity, such as messages, voice hours or days active over a window you choose, with an optional revoke, DM and channel notice. Leaderboards rank 12 metrics over 7 to 365 days, and /stats renders a card with ranks, sparklines and the next role reward. The dashboard follows growth, retention by join cohort, voice sessions, the busiest hours and channels that are growing or fading. /chart draws per-day charts inside Discord, and every page with a chart has a CSV download, with a per-server API behind a key. If XP and a level ladder are what keep your members chatting, Koya is built for that.
Switching
Turn on Tickets and post its panel in a new channel, and leave Koya's panels up until its open tickets are closed. Then turn Koya's tickets off; the rest of Koya can stay. Rebuild each panel's buttons and form in the Tickets editor and set your support roles up as teams. Koya's levels can keep running beside Analytics; YourBot has no XP to import. Pricing has the current terms, and the ticket bots table and the server stats and leveling table set YourBot beside Koya and the other most-used bots.

Frequently asked questions
Is Koya free?
Koya describes itself as free for small servers, with paid plans for more. Ticket claiming, HTML transcripts and a custom profile for the bot are on Premium, and a fully branded bot of your own is on Pro.
Does YourBot use threads or channels for tickets?
Either, chosen per panel: a private channel, which is the default, or a private thread. A third layout sends application forms to a review queue with no channel at all.
Can I keep Koya and use YourBot for tickets?
Yes. YourBot's services turn on one at a time, so you can run Tickets beside Koya. Turn Koya's tickets off once the move is done, so members see one set of panels.
Does YourBot have leveling like Koya?
No. YourBot has no XP or levels. Analytics' role rewards give a role when a member meets conditions on their activity, such as messages or voice hours over a window, and its leaderboards rank 12 metrics. Koya's leveling, with XP for messages, role rewards on level-up and rank cards, is the pick if you want a level ladder.
