The Moderation preset limits it to the roles you mark as moderators. Server owners and Administrators can always run it. How Command Access works.

Sentinel is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Shows who is on the watchlist. Discord shows the /watchlist group only to members with Manage Messages by default. The bot checks Command Access rules, that the Moderation service is enabled ("Sentinel is not enabled for this server."), and that the moderator is an Administrator or holds a moderator role from the Settings page ("No permission."). Only the moderator sees the reply.
The reply is headed "Watchlist (7)" and lists up to 25 entries, newest first. Each line shows the member, their risk score out of 100 with the band, the date they were added, who added them or "automatic (risk)" for entries the risk engine made, and the reason when one was given. An empty list answers "The watchlist is empty."
Good to know
- The reply is cut to fit one Discord message. The dashboard Users page marks watchlisted members.
