A right-click report for one specific message: open the message's menu, pick Apps, then Report Message. It shares its Command Access rules with /report, and it needs the Moderation service enabled ("Sentinel is not enabled for this server."). A message written by yourself or by a bot cannot be reported: "You can't report yourself or a bot."
A small form titled "Report this message" opens with one required field, "Why are you reporting this?", up to 1000 characters. On submit the report is filed against the message's author and anchored to that message: the channel, the message and a jump link are saved so staff can open it directly. The text of that message feeds the report's triage score, and the same auto-escalation as /report applies: when the score reaches the threshold and a moderation log channel is set, staff are pinged with a "High-risk report filed" card.
Like /report, a member can have one pending report per target; a duplicate is not filed and the reply says the moderation team will review the existing one. On success the reply thanks the member and confirms the report reached the moderation team. Only the reporter sees it.
Good to know
- Unlike /report, this does not save the surrounding channel messages; the reported message itself is the evidence.
- Staff handle it on the dashboard Reports page like any other report.
