Giveaways is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Lets a blocked member or role enter giveaways again. target takes a member or a role. Like the other blacklist commands it needs the Giveaways service enabled and the Manage Server permission (or server ownership); the giveaway host role is not enough.
If the target is on the list, the private reply is "✅ @name can enter giveaways again." and they can enter from their next click or reaction. If not, the reply is "@name was not on the blacklist." and nothing changes.
Good to know
- Unblocking does not enter anyone into a giveaway; they still have to react or press Enter themselves.
- The same Unblock button is on the dashboard Setup page under "Blocked from giveaways".
