What the bot needs

Giveaways is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Shows who is blocked from entering giveaways in this server. It needs the Giveaways service enabled and the Manage Server permission (or server ownership). The reply is private to you and does not ping anyone.
Each blocked member or role is one line, with the staff-only reason after it when one was given, for example "• @name · resold a prize". Up to 40 lines are shown; past that the reply ends with "plus 12 more. The full list is on the dashboard Setup page." With nobody blocked the reply is "Nobody is blocked from giveaways in this server."
