Flags a listing, and by extension its leader, to the server's moderators. listing is picked from this server's open listings or typed as part of a title, and reason is free text. If Group Finder is switched off for the server the reply is Not enabled.
Only listings that belong to this server can be reported; a listing shared in from another server gives Listing not found. You cannot report your own listing: You cannot report your own listing.
The report is filed as open with your reason. If the server has a Log channel, the bot posts there: **Report filed** with the first characters of the report ID, the listing title, you as reporter and the reason (cut at 200 characters). Nobody is pinged by that post. Your private reply is Report submitted. Server moderators will review it.
Moderators see open reports with /group-admin reports and resolve them on the dashboard's Reports page. Filing a report does not close the listing or notify its leader. The command sits in the moderation category of the command access presets even though any member can file a report, so a Default preset limits it to the moderator roles.
