Accepts an application to one of your approval-mode listings. listing is one of your open listings on this server. user is a text field, not a member picker: paste an @mention or the applicant's user ID. If Group Finder is switched off for the server the reply is Not enabled.
The listing must be yours: Listing not found among your active listings. or You must be the listing leader. Text that is not a mention or an ID gives Provide a @mention or raw user ID. If that person has no waiting application: No pending application found for that user. A full group refuses with The group is already full and a note that a seat must open first; approvals can never overfill the party.
On success the applicant is seated, the reply is @user approved with the listing's new state (open or full), the applicant gets a DM Your application to **{title}** was **approved**! You're in., watchers are told a new member was approved, and the card refreshes everywhere it is posted. If the approval fills the group and the leader asked for voice, the automatic voice channel is created.
This command is a leader action, but it sits in the moderation category of the command access presets, so a Default preset limits it to the moderator roles. /group deny is its counterpart.
