Ends a member's posting suspension on this server early. user is the member. By default Discord shows the /group-admin commands only to members with Manage Server.
If the member has a suspension, it is removed and the private reply is Suspension lifted for **{user}**. They can post listings again straight away, subject to the usual limits. If they have none: **{user}** has no active suspension.
The member is not sent a DM. This command does not check whether Group Finder is switched on for the server.
