Group Finder is granted these permissions by the invite link. A command that finds one missing replies privately with what it could not do and changes nothing.

Shows the reports members have filed with /group report that nobody has resolved yet. By default Discord shows the /group-admin commands only to members with Manage Server.
The private card titled Open Reports ({count}) lists up to 10 open reports, newest first. Each entry shows the first eight characters of the report ID, the listing title (or deleted listing when the listing is gone), the reporter, and the first 80 characters of the reason. With none: No open reports. All clear!
Reports cannot be resolved from this command. The footer points to the dashboard's Reports page, where a report is dismissed, the listing removed, or the member suspended. This command does not check whether Group Finder is switched on for the server.
