How to Build and Run a Roblox Discord Community With YourBot

How to Build and Run a Roblox Discord Community With YourBot

A Roblox Discord should not be organized as if Roblox were one game with one queue, one party size, one progression track, or one competitive ruleset. Roblox is a platform made of many experiences, and each experience can choose its own player capacity, supported devices, private-server rules, maturity level, progression model, and social features. The Discord therefore needs to help members answer a different question: what are we playing, who can actually join it, how many people fit, and where do we coordinate safely?

The most common mistake is building permanent channels for dozens of popular experiences or treating every Roblox activity as a six-player party because Roblox Party currently supports up to six users. Party size, experience server capacity, event attendance, and Discord signup size are different things. Roblox itself exposes creator-controlled maximum player counts, and private-server availability and capacity can vary by experience.

This guide builds a fictional 252-member community called Atlas Arcade. It is a general Roblox gaming community rather than the official Discord for one specific experience. Members rotate between co-op, competitive, tycoon, racing, obby, social, and creator-made experiences; the community also runs platform-event nights and small creator playtests. YourBot handles Discord-side onboarding, moderation, support, LFG, events, temporary voice, scheduled communication, feeds, analytics, and giveaways while Roblox remains the authority for accounts, Communities, game access, age-based communication, private servers, and in-experience behavior.

Start With the Right Roblox Community Model

Roblox is a platform of experiences, not one matchmaking ruleset

Roblox creators set the player capacity and device support of their own experiences. Roblox Party currently supports up to six users, but that is a social-group limit, not a universal game-server rule. Atlas Arcade therefore requires every experience-specific LFG or event to name the experience and use its real capacity when known.

Cross-platform does not mean every experience supports every device

Roblox supports cross-platform play across its major client platforms, but creators decide where an experience is playable and console users can have platform-specific cross-play settings. Do not build permanent PC/Xbox/PlayStation/mobile silos by default. Put device context on the listing when the experience makes it relevant.

Roblox Community membership and Discord membership are different

Roblox Communities have their own membership, roles, join requirements, events, forums, and administration. A Discord role does not change a Roblox Community rank, and joining Atlas Arcade does not join the in-platform Community. Keep staff permissions separate on both platforms.

Build around age and communication boundaries

Roblox now requires age checks for Communication features and uses age-based communication groups. Discord has its own minimum-age rules: at least 13, and higher in some countries. Atlas Arcade must never be presented as a way to bypass Roblox communication protections. Do not ask members for birthdays, IDs, school information, account credentials, or other sensitive information for ordinary onboarding. Roblox's supported Social Links surfaces—not pasted invites in Roblox chat—are the appropriate path for eligible creators linking to Discord.

Separate live Roblox features from announced ones

As of September 25, 2026, The Hunt: Roblox 20 is live through September 28 and can justify temporary LFG/events. RDC 2026 also announced future browser-play and offline-play work; those are roadmap items, not universal live capabilities. Date temporary content and label future features accurately.

The Community We Will Build

Atlas Arcade is a 252-member Discord for people who play and discover Roblox experiences together.

YourBot's role in the community

Service Community use
Welcome Verify Discord newcomers, grant a limited Member role, and let members choose experience genres and notification interests.
Sentinel Reduce phishing, fake Robux links, malicious downloads, impersonation, spam, raids, and unsafe off-platform solicitation.
Tickets Route member reports, creator submissions, event requests, and private community questions.
Group Finder Match members for named Roblox experiences without pretending every experience has the same capacity.
Beacon Events Schedule platform-event nights, private-server sessions, creator playtests, tournaments, and discovery nights.
Join-to-Create Voice Give each party or event subgroup a temporary Discord room that disappears when empty.
Announcements Publish dated event reminders, weekly community plans, maintenance notices, and recurring community messages.
Social Feeds Follow official Roblox video updates and other verified public feeds that admins intentionally choose.
Analytics Measure Discord onboarding, LFG use, event participation, voice activity, and channel health.
Giveaways Run community drawings without implying that YourBot transfers Robux, limiteds, game passes, or account inventory.

1. Create the Foundation With Start Your Server

Start with ownership, role hierarchy, permissions, and a small number of durable categories. Do not create a permanent channel for every popular Roblox experience; use Group Finder listings, forum threads, Beacon events, and temporary voice for activity-specific coordination.

Set the server timezone before recurring schedules. Atlas Arcade uses America/New_York, while event posts should still use Discord timestamps or clearly stated local times.

Copy-ready community brief

Design a Discord server for a Roblox gaming community called Atlas Arcade.

Community:
- About 250 Discord members.
- General Roblox community, not the official Discord for one experience.
- Recurring discovery nights, private-server sessions, creator playtests, competitive/co-op sessions, and Roblox platform events.
- Discord membership is only for users who meet Discord's minimum-age requirements.

Compatibility:
- Roblox is cross-platform, but individual experiences choose supported devices and player capacity.
- Do not split the whole server into permanent PC/Xbox/PlayStation/mobile/VR silos.
- Roblox Party supports up to 6 users, but that is NOT a universal experience capacity.
- Every experience-specific LFG/event must use that experience's real capacity when known.
- Never assume private-server availability; it is experience-specific.

Roles:
Owner, Administrator, Moderator, Event Host, Creator/Playtester, Member, Newcomer.
Self-selectable interests: Co-op, Competitive, Tycoon/Simulator, Obby, Racing, Social, Creator Events, Platform Events.
Optional device-interest roles may be informational only.
Staff/trusted roles must never be self-selectable.

Channels:
Start Here: welcome, rules, choose-roles, announcements
Community: general, screenshots-clips, creations, experience-recommendations
Find a Game: lfg-listings, lfg-forum, events
Voice: join-to-create lobby
Help: faq, open-a-ticket
Feeds: roblox-updates
Staff: staff-chat, sentinel-logs, ticket-log, server-log

Safety:
- Never request passwords, .ROBLOSECURITY cookies, 2FA/recovery codes, payment details, parental-control credentials, or identity documents.
- Never ask members to run executors, scripts, browser-console code, unknown extensions, or downloads to prove account ownership.
- Roblox usernames are self-reported unless a separate verified integration exists.
- Keep reports/private creator submissions staff-only.
- Discord moderation and roles must never be described as Roblox enforcement or Roblox Community roles.

Configure all ten services:
Welcome; Sentinel; Tickets; Group Finder; Beacon Events; Join-to-Create Voice; Announcements; Social Feeds; Analytics; Giveaways.

Roblox-specific service rules:
- Group Finder: create Roblox templates manually; never use one universal party size.
- Beacon: event attendance can exceed one in-game group only when hosts have a real split plan.
- Social Feeds: use verified Roblox sources manually.
- Analytics: Discord/community metrics only, not Roblox game/account stats.
- Giveaways: no automatic Robux/item transfer claims.

First pass:
- Preserve existing structure.
- Keep deletions off.
- Review Channels, Roles, Permissions, and Services before applying.
- Preview Member, Moderator, and Event Host perspectives.
- Report missing bot permissions before building.

Review before applying

Check the proposed Channels, Roles, Services, and staff visibility. Confirm YourBot can manage the non-staff roles it needs without placing its role above roles it should never control. Keep destructive changes off for the first build and read the build report before cleaning up older structure.

Announcements schedules and Social Feed subscriptions require manual finishing steps. Start Your Server can enable those services, but staff still creates the actual schedules and subscriptions.

2. Welcome: Make the Discord Boundary Clear

A Roblox Discord can attract people who are not actually eligible to use Discord. The welcome flow should make the boundary clear without trying to collect personal age data.

Use a limited Newcomer or Unverified role until the member accepts the rules. After verification, grant Member. Do not make Moderator, Administrator, Event Host, Creator Partner, or similar trusted roles self-selectable.

Use role menus for interests such as Co-op, Competitive, Obby, Racing, Tycoon / Simulator, Social, Creator Events, and Platform Events. Device roles can be optional, but explain that they are informational because compatibility is experience-specific.

A useful greeting is:

Welcome to Atlas Arcade. Pick the Roblox experiences and event types you care about, then use Group Finder when you want to play. Every experience can have different player and device limits, so check the listing before joining. Never share passwords, account cookies, recovery codes, or personal information with staff or other members.

If Atlas Arcade uses a buddy or newcomer quest, keep it community-oriented: read the rules, pick interests, post an introduction if comfortable, browse one LFG, or attend a public event. Do not reward users for revealing personal details or linking accounts through unverified methods.

Test: Join with a test account, complete verification, confirm it receives only the intended Member/interest roles, and verify that staff/private channels remain invisible.

3. Sentinel: Protect a Community That Attracts Account Scams

Roblox communities are frequent targets for fake Robux offers, fake account-verification pages, credential phishing, malicious executors, browser-cookie theft, impersonation, scam trades, and off-platform solicitations. Configure Sentinel around those risks rather than around generic profanity alone.

Start with the Standard protection level and keep newly aggressive rules in dry-run/log-only mode until staff sees what they match. Useful controls include known phishing detection, freshly registered domains, executable-attachment rules, invite control, spam and mass-mention protection, new-account risk, staff impersonation, and raid detection.

Create a specific staff policy for messages such as:

Do not use Sentinel to pretend you can punish someone on Roblox. A Discord ban is a Discord action. If someone violates Roblox rules in an experience, members should also use Roblox's own reporting tools where appropriate.

Discord moderation is not Roblox enforcement.

Test: In a staff-only test channel, use a harmless example URL that matches your test block rule or a controlled keyword rule, confirm the case/log is created, and verify the rule is still dry-run until staff intentionally enables enforcement.

4. Tickets: Route Reports Without Collecting Account Secrets

Atlas Arcade needs private paths because public channels are the wrong place for harassment reports, scam evidence, creator disputes, or sensitive event questions.

Create four ticket entry points:

Member Report

Creator / Experience Submission

Event Request

Private Help

Never ask for a Roblox password, Discord password, .ROBLOSECURITY cookie, authentication token, 2FA code, backup/recovery code, payment information, government ID, or parental-control credentials. A Roblox username may be useful context, but it is self-reported unless Atlas Arcade later deploys a separately verified account-linking system.

Accepting a Creator Submission ticket does not add an experience to Roblox, grant Community permissions, verify ownership, or publish anything in-game.

Test: Open one ticket from each intake path with dummy data and confirm only the intended staff team and ticket creator can read it.

5. Group Finder: Match the Experience Before the Player Count

Read-only inspection of the current YourBot develop revision found that Roblox is not in the automatic Group Finder game-detection list. The setup code recognizes a limited set of games and otherwise falls back to generic behavior. Therefore:

Roblox is not in the currently inspected automatic game-detection list, so create explicit templates manually.

You can still run /group setup for the listing/forum structure, then remove or ignore irrelevant starter templates. Current Group Finder supports configurable game, party size, region, platform, voice, language, difficulty, visibility, start time, approval, and waitlists.

Create the first template

Use the one platform-defined capacity relevant to general Roblox grouping:

Template Name: Roblox Party Hop
Game: Roblox
Default Party Size: 6
Default Expiry: 2 hours
Description: Cross-experience Party session. Name the experience before launch, confirm device support, and reduce capacity when an experience supports fewer than 6.

Do not copy that 6 into every template.

Additional templates

Template Target size Required context
Roblox Party Hop 6 Experience(s), platform notes, voice preference.
Private Server Session Experience's real capacity Experience, private-server availability, host, join method, devices.
Co-op Progression Experience's real group limit Experience, progression point, required unlocks, session length.
Competitive Team Game's real team/roster size Mode, team size, skill context, device/input restrictions if any.
Creator Playtest Creator-defined Build, tester count, supported devices, test goal.
Platform Event Run 6 if using Party; otherwise experience-defined Event phase, experiences, goal, start time, duration.

Example live listing

Title: The Hunt: Roblox 20 — Years 11–15 Run
Game: Roblox
Activity: Platform Event
Start: Friday, 7:30 PM ET
Target: 6 players in one Roblox Party
Current: 3 / 6
Platform: Cross-platform where each selected experience supports it
Progress: Continue from Year 11
Private Server: Not assumed; host confirms per experience
Voice: Discord voice optional; Roblox Voice eligibility is not required
Session: About 90 minutes
Safety: No account sharing, cookies, scripts, executors, or verification downloads

Joining the listing does not create a Roblox Party, add Roblox friends, reserve a private server, or teleport anyone into an experience.

Test: Fill a six-person Party Hop listing and confirm the next member is waitlisted. Then make a second template with a different real capacity and verify its limit is independent.

6. Beacon Events: Schedule the Community, Then Split Into Real Groups

Beacon is for planned attendance, which is different from the live game-party capacity.

For example, Atlas Arcade can create this event:

Event: The Hunt: Roblox 20 — Anniversary Night
Date: September 26, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM ET
Discord attendance cap: 24
Plan: Start together, then split into up to four Roblox Parties of no more than 6 people each.
Host roles: 4 Event Hosts
Voice: Event staging room + one temporary room per subgroup
Notes: Exact experience capacity still overrides Party size. A host may need to rebalance groups between experiences.

The Discord event can have 24 attendees even though the Roblox Party feature caps one Party at six. That is not a contradiction: Beacon tracks the community event; the actual play session can use several groups, several servers, or smaller subgroups as each experience requires.

Use waitlists for creator playtests or tournaments with real limited capacity. If a playing mentor, referee, host, or tester consumes an in-experience slot, count that person inside the actual capacity.

Beacon RSVP does not register someone for a Roblox event, create a Roblox Party, purchase a private server, grant an experience badge, or reserve an in-game server slot.

Test: Create a staff-only eight-person playtest event with six tester slots and two playing host slots, fill it, verify overflow goes to the waitlist, and confirm the reminder reaches only the intended audience.

7. Join-to-Create Voice: Temporary Rooms, Not Roblox Voice Access

Use temporary Discord voice because Roblox sessions are fluid. Atlas Arcade does not need dozens of empty permanent rooms named after popular experiences.

Recommended layout:

Place rooms under a TEMPORARY VOICE category, delete them when empty, allow creator ownership, and enable automatic ownership transfer when the creator leaves.

Roblox Voice is a separate platform feature. Eligible users currently need the appropriate age check, the experience must support Voice, and availability can vary by region. A Discord voice room neither enables Roblox Voice nor proves that a member is eligible to use it.

Test: Join the Party Room lobby, confirm a temporary channel is created and you are moved into it, set its limit to a smaller number, transfer ownership, leave, and verify the empty room is deleted.

8. Announcements: Keep Platform Events Dated

Use Announcements for information that should arrive at a predictable time, not for every new Roblox experience someone finds.

Good Atlas Arcade schedules:

For the current platform event, a September 27 reminder can say:

The Hunt: Roblox 20 ends September 28. If you still need anniversary progress, tonight's event channel and LFG templates are open. Check each experience's player/device requirements before joining a group.

Do not keep that announcement recurring after September 28. Likewise, do not announce RDC 2026's browser-play or offline-play roadmap as if those capabilities are already universally available.

Use opt-in notification roles such as Platform Events, Discovery Night, and Creator Playtests so routine scheduling does not turn into server-wide ping fatigue. If Beacon is already reminding attendees about a specific event, avoid sending the same reminder again through Announcements.

Test: Schedule a staff-only announcement five minutes ahead, confirm the timezone and preview, let it fire once, and verify it does not recur.

9. Social Feeds: Use a Verified Roblox Source, Not a Fake Steam Entry

Read-only inspection of the current YourBot Social Feeds catalog found no curated Roblox entry. Roblox also is not a Steam title, so do not invent a Steam App ID or pretend the Steam source can follow it.

Current Social Feeds supports YouTube channels by @handle, channel ID, or channel URL, plus generic RSS/Atom and several other source types. Roblox officially maintains a YouTube presence, so a practical first feed is:

Source: YouTube Channel
Channel: Official Roblox YouTube channel / @Roblox
Display name: Roblox Official
Destination: #roblox-updates
Digest: Off for major uploads, or hourly if staff prefers batching
Ping role: Platform Events only when staff intentionally wants the feed to ping

This is an uploads feed, not a guarantee that every Roblox support notice, Creator Hub change, safety update, status incident, Developer Forum announcement, or experience patch will appear there. Staff should continue to use official Roblox support/newsroom pages for claims that matter operationally.

If Atlas Arcade later finds an official RSS/Atom feed it wants to follow, verify the feed URL first and then use Social Feeds' Generic RSS source. Do not paste an ordinary newsroom webpage URL into the RSS field and assume it is a feed.

The current Start Your Server implementation treats Social Feeds as enable-only: the build can turn the service on, but an administrator still creates the subscription afterward.

Test: Add the official Roblox YouTube source to a staff test destination, use Social Feeds' test/preview behavior, confirm the destination and display name, then move it to #roblox-updates only when staff is satisfied.

10. Analytics: Measure Discord Health, Not Roblox Skill

Use Analytics to answer community questions:

If activity tracking is intentionally enabled and the bot has the required Discord Presence intent, YourBot can observe Discord presence/activity sessions such as members appearing to play a game. That still does not make it a Roblox game-data integration.

Analytics does not know a member's Robux balance, inventory, badges, experience progress, Roblox Community rank, friend list, account moderation history, private-server ownership, creator revenue, in-experience kills, wins, currency, or quest completion unless a separate verified integration is built for that exact data.

Do not turn Discord message counts or voice hours into a "best Roblox player" score. They measure community activity, not gameplay skill.

Exclude staff investigation channels, sensitive ticket content, or other private areas from any public-facing analytics presentation when appropriate.

Test: After several test messages, one LFG, and a temporary voice session, confirm the expected Discord activity appears while no Roblox account or gameplay statistics are fabricated.

11. Giveaways: Keep Prizes Separate From Roblox Account Access

Giveaways are appropriate for community prizes such as an event spotlight, a Discord cosmetic role, community artwork, or a legitimate code/prize that staff distributes manually under its own rules.

Be very careful with anything described as Robux, limiteds, game passes, account items, or trades. YourBot does not transfer Robux, authenticate a Roblox trade, deliver limited items, redeem codes on someone's account, or verify ownership by asking for credentials.

Never require entrants to:

When a prize requires external fulfillment, make the drawing and the fulfillment two separate steps and document what staff will do. If the prize is a code, send it privately to the winner; do not post it publicly where someone else can redeem it first.

Test: Run a staff-only giveaway for a harmless Event Winner cosmetic Discord role, draw a winner, reroll once, and confirm no Roblox-side action is implied.

Keep Discord Membership Separate From Roblox Communities

Roblox Communities now support more than the old group model many players remember. Current Community tiers include Basic, Social, and Professional, with different announcement, event, forum, and age/verification capabilities.

Use the platforms together:

Do not mirror every Roblox rank into Discord. A Discord role only needs to exist when it changes Discord access or responsibility. Likewise, a successful Discord ticket does not promote someone in the Roblox Community; staff performs any Roblox-side action separately.

Plan Every Roblox Event Around the Named Experience

Roblox's creator-controlled server model is why this guide avoids permanent capacity assumptions. Before publishing an event, the host should verify the exact experience, current player/server capacity, supported devices, private-server availability, progression or maturity requirements, whether hosts consume playing slots, and whether the community needs one server or several groups.

A Roblox private server is not a Discord room. Availability, cost, capacity, and access controls depend on the experience. Share private-server links only with intended participants and replace/rotate access when possible if a link is exposed.

Beacon attendance may exceed a single Roblox Party or server only when the host already has a legal split plan. Do not discover at launch time that the chosen experience holds only a fraction of the signup count.

Treat Roblox's Communication Rules as a Product Boundary

Roblox's 2026 communication model and Discord's own age requirements must remain separate. Roblox requires age checks for Communication features and uses age-based access; Discord is not designed for users below its regional minimum age.

Atlas Arcade's rule is simple:

Discord is an optional coordination space for people eligible to use Discord. It is never the workaround for a Roblox communication restriction.

Do not coach users to evade Roblox controls or publish Discord invites where Roblox prohibits them. Use Roblox's supported Social Links surfaces when eligible. If misconduct happens inside Roblox, Discord staff may decide what it means for Discord membership, but Roblox's own report/block tools remain the route for Roblox enforcement.

Use Current Platform Events Without Rebuilding the Server Around Them

The Hunt: Roblox 20 shows why Atlas Arcade uses reusable tags and templates instead of permanent event channels. While it is live through September 28, staff can add a temporary Platform Event LFG template, run Beacon sessions, use an opt-in event ping role, and include it in weekly announcements.

After it ends, stop the dated announcements and retire or rename the temporary template. Keep the reusable Platform Events role and workflow. Use the same pattern for future Roblox-wide events and roadmap features: temporary content should not become permanent server clutter.

Add an Experience Rotation Library Only When You Need It

Atlas Arcade can launch with the ten built-in services. Group Finder handles today's session, Beacon handles scheduled attendance, Tickets handles submissions, and Announcements handles the calendar.

A custom plugin becomes useful only when staff repeatedly re-researches the same experiences: capacity, supported devices, private-server availability, progression gates, and when information was last reviewed. Check the Marketplace for a maintained solution first. If none fits, build Experience Rotation Library as a persistent reference—not another LFG or event system.

Copy-ready Plugin Builder specification

Plugin name: Experience Rotation Library

Purpose:
Maintain a per-Discord-server, staff-reviewed catalog of Roblox experiences for LFG/event planning. Do NOT create Group Finder listings, Beacon events, Tickets, or Announcements.

Version 1:
- No external network access and no Roblox API calls.
- All values are entered/reviewed manually by authorized Discord staff.
- Never request Roblox passwords, .ROBLOSECURITY cookies, tokens, recovery/2FA codes, payment details, or private credentials.

Roles:
- Owner / Administrator
- Configurable Experience Curator or Event Host
- Member

Per-experience fields:
- Record ID, experience name, Roblox URL, creator/studio
- Genre and community-use tags
- Supported devices and cross-platform notes
- Verified player/server capacity plus source note
- Recommended Discord signup size
- Private server yes/no/unknown plus notes
- Progression/unlock and maturity notes
- Voice recommendation
- Status: Submitted, Staff Review, Approved, Needs Recheck, Retired

- Everyone may search Approved records.
- Members may submit suggestions only when enabled.
- Only configured staff roles may approve/edit/recheck/retire.
- Staff-only notes must never be exposed by public commands, guessed record IDs, exports, or dashboard URLs.
- Re-check authorization server-side on every read/write.

Commands:
/experience search
/experience show
/experience submit
/experience review
/experience mark-recheck
/experience retire

Dashboard:
- Filter by status, genre, device, private-server availability, use tag, and last-reviewed date.
- Flag records not reviewed in 90 days.
- Separate public fields from staff notes.
- Show an audit history.

Isolation/privacy:
- Data must be isolated per Discord server.
- Server A must never read Server B records.
- Do not store exact ages, DOBs, real names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, account secrets, or payment data.

Non-capabilities:
- No Roblox account verification, inventory/Robux/badge/progression reads, Community-rank changes, private-server creation, Party invites, LFG creation, Beacon scheduling, Ticket creation, or Announcement scheduling.

Failure behavior:
- Fail closed on unauthorized access.
- Never invent missing capacity/device data; show Unknown until staff records a verified value.

Review, test, and continue through the SDK

Review the plan, source, manifest, requested capabilities, dashboard access, and storage model before building. Version 1 should not request outbound HTTP simply because the subject is Roblox. Validate and sandbox-test it, then dev-install on a server you manage and test Member, Curator, revoked-role, direct-record, export, retired-record, and cross-server isolation cases.

Passing validation proves technical checks passed, not that the workflow is correct.

To continue in Visual Studio Code, use the current SDK loop:

pip install yourbot-sdk
yourbot new experience_rotation_library
cd experience_rotation_library
yourbot dev --watch
yourbot validate

Review Dev Portal capabilities and sandbox findings before wider use. Marketplace publication is optional; the plugin may remain private.

Run a Complete First-Week Member Journey

Scenario Successful result
New Discord member joins They see only onboarding/public starter areas, verify, receive Member, and choose interests without gaining staff permissions.
Roblox age-boundary check Rules make clear that Discord is only for users eligible to use Discord and is not a bypass for Roblox communication controls.
Party Hop LFG Listing caps at 6, includes the intended experience context, and waitlists the next member.
Different-capacity experience Staff creates/uses a template with that experience's real capacity instead of copying the six-person Party limit.
Private event Beacon tracks planned attendance while hosts split players into actual legal Roblox groups/servers.
Member report Ticket routes evidence privately without asking for account credentials or cookies.
Temporary voice Room appears from the lobby, honors the intended limit, transfers ownership if configured, and deletes when empty.
Social update Official Roblox feed test posts to the right channel without claiming to represent every Roblox announcement.
Plugin access revoked A former curator immediately loses Experience Rotation Library edit/review access and cannot retrieve private reviewer notes directly.

If any path is confusing, fix that workflow before adding more automation. A small Roblox Discord that members understand is safer and more useful than a large server full of abandoned game channels and overlapping bots.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I make separate PC, Xbox, PlayStation, mobile, and VR LFG channels?

Usually no. Roblox is broadly cross-platform, while each experience decides actual device support. Put platform context on the listing and create permanent splits only when sustained traffic requires them.

What party size should a Roblox Group Finder template use?

There is no universal experience size. Six is valid for a Roblox Party-focused template because Party supports up to six users. Experience-specific templates should use that experience's real capacity.

Can YourBot automatically detect Roblox for Group Finder?

Not in the develop revision inspected for this guide. Create Roblox templates manually; Group Finder itself remains fully usable because templates/listing fields are configurable.

Does Social Feeds have a Roblox catalog entry?

Not in the inspected catalog. Roblox is also not on Steam. Use a real supported source such as the official Roblox YouTube channel or a verified RSS/Atom feed.

Does joining Discord add someone to my Roblox Community?

No. Discord and Roblox Community memberships/roles are separate.

Can YourBot verify Roblox accounts or read game progress?

Not through these built-in services. Analytics measures Discord/community activity, not Roblox inventory, Robux, badges, progression, Community ranks, or moderation state.

Can Discord be used for Roblox users who cannot chat on Roblox?

Do not use Discord as a workaround for Roblox age-based communication controls. Discord has its own minimum-age rules and Roblox restricts off-platform link visibility/sharing.

Do I need the Experience Rotation Library plugin to launch?

No. Start with the built-ins. Build it only when repeated event planning proves staff needs a persistent reviewed catalog.

Build a Roblox Community Around Real Experiences, Not Assumptions

A useful Roblox Discord is flexible because Roblox itself is flexible. The community should know the exact experience before it assumes player capacity, supported devices, private-server behavior, progression requirements, or voice expectations. Roblox Party's six-person maximum is useful context, but it is not a universal game rule. Roblox Community membership is meaningful, but it is not Discord membership. Roblox age and communication protections matter, but Discord should not be used to bypass them.

Start Your Server gives Atlas Arcade a reviewable foundation: durable channels, safe role hierarchy, service wiring, and a structure that does not need to be rebuilt every time a new experience becomes popular. The ten built-in services then cover onboarding, moderation, private support, LFG, planned events, temporary voice, scheduled messages, public feeds, Discord analytics, and drawings.

Everything game-side still stays game-side. Members create or join the Roblox Party, enter the experience, use Roblox's server and private-server systems, follow the experience's capacity and progression rules, and use Roblox's own account, Community, safety, and reporting tools.

Only after the built-ins are working should Atlas Arcade consider Plugin Builder. The Experience Rotation Library then solves a real remaining problem: keeping durable, staff-reviewed knowledge about which experiences fit which community activities without turning the Discord into a maze of permanent channels.
