The server owner in Discord always has full access to the server's dashboard. Everyone else has to be added on the Access page, as a manager or a viewer.
The three roles
- Owner. The Discord server owner. Full access to every page. Cannot be removed or limited.
- Manager. Added by the owner. Gets a level per page, chosen on the Access page. The defaults below apply until the owner changes them.
- Viewer. Added by the owner. Read-only access to a fixed set of pages. Levels cannot be changed.
Access is per server. Being a manager on one server says nothing about another.
Levels
- None. The page is hidden and its actions are refused.
- Read. The page opens, nothing on it can be changed.
- Full. Everything on the page, including saving settings, installing plugins or changing command access.

A manager with Read on Access can see who else has access but cannot add or remove anyone. Only the owner can change manager levels.
How Discord permissions relate
Holding Manage Server in Discord lets you see the server in the dashboard's server list and add the bot. It does not by itself grant dashboard access to someone else's server: the owner still has to add them here. Discord's Administrator permission matters for Command Access in Discord, not for the dashboard.
Staff viewing
YourBot staff can open a server's dashboard read-only to help with a support request. The view is bound to that one server and that one staff member, is recorded, and cannot change anything: any action that would write is refused.
