Analytics is YourBot's statistics service. It counts messages, voice time, joins and leaves, never what anyone said, and turns them into 16 dashboard tabs, weekly retention cohorts, leaderboards and roles members earn. All of it runs on the Free plan.

Who stays, and who is about to leave
New members are filed under the week they joined. Every night Analytics works out how many from each week came back a day, a week and a month later, and the churn list names the regulars who have started to drift.

Activation and bounce
The share of new members who spoke or joined voice within 24 hours, and the share who left within a day or a week.
A churn list with names
Members active in the last 14 days who have gone silent for 5 are listed by name on the Overview and Retention tabs, while there is still time to bring them back.
Who invited whom
Every join is matched to the invite it came through, with a top inviters table and how many of their joins are still here. A join that leaves within 10 minutes, an account younger than 7 days or a self-invite is flagged as fake.
Tenure and account age
Average, median and percentile days in the server, and an account-age histogram of new joiners, which is where a wave of fresh accounts shows up.
Where the talking happens
The heatmap lays the week out as 7 days by 24 hours, for messages or voice, in your server's time zone. Click any cell for the channels and members behind it, or compare it with the period before.

Numbers that do something
The same counts drive four things that run without you: roles members earn, alerts to a channel, live numbers in your channel list and markers on your charts.
Role rewards
Pick a role and up to 8 conditions on 15 metrics, from messages and voice hours to streaks, account age and members invited. Each reward runs on its own schedule, from every 10 minutes to once a day, and can take the role back when someone stops qualifying.

Alerts
Five rule types: activity drop, spam spike, activation drop, voice peak and dead channel, each posting to the channel you pick. A drop or a dead channel posts once when it starts and once when it clears instead of repeating while it lasts. The others wait out a cooldown you set.
Counter channels
Eleven kinds of counter, from members and members in voice to a clock, a countdown or the most active member, up to 4 in one channel name. Discord allows two renames per channel every 10 minutes, so each one updates on a 6-minute slot.

What members see
Members get their own numbers in Discord, drawn as images. The stats and leaderboard cards take the colours and background you pick in the card designer.
/stats- Your stats card or another member's, with a Hide my card button on your own.
/me/user- The same card for you or for someone else.
/leaderboard- A ranked card with dropdowns to switch metric and time frame.
/top- Top members or channels by messages or voice, over 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.
/server- A server overview card with members, activity and sparklines.
/chart- Messages, voice, joins and leaves, one channel or one member, per day.
The dashboard leaderboard ranks 12 metrics over 7 to 365 days. There is no XP bar and no level curve: ranks are raw activity.
Counts, not conversations
Analytics records that a message happened, not what it said. What leaves the dashboard, and who sees it, is up to you.

The one exception is the starboard, off by default: a starred message is reposted in your starboard channel.
Real numbers on day one
Setup takes a minute and imports your past messages, so the charts have something to say the first time you open them.
- Step 1 Add YourBot Sign in with Discord and add the bot to your server. The Free plan needs no card.
- Step 2 Run Analytics setup Setup creates a private #analytics-alerts channel, leaves bots out of the counts and adds a starter alert for a 30 percent drop over 7 days.
- Step 3 Let the history import Up to 365 days of messages the bot can read are counted in the background. Voice time is recorded from then on.

What is the best Discord server analytics bot?

How do I see stats for my Discord server?

Does YourBot have levels or XP?
No XP bar and no level-up message. Analytics ranks members on real activity such as messages, voice hours, reactions and days active, and Role Rewards grants a Discord role once someone meets the conditions you set.
Can members earn roles automatically from their activity?
Yes. Pick a Discord role and up to 8 conditions on 15 metrics, each with a threshold and a window. The reward runs on its own schedule, from every 10 minutes to once a day, grants the role and can take it back when a member stops qualifying. YourBot needs Manage Roles with its own role above the reward role.
Does it track voice activity?
Yes, in depth. Voice hours, session counts, median and 95th percentile session length, daily peak concurrent users, returning voice members across 8 weeks, top voice channels and who is in voice right now, plus screen share as its own metric.
Does the bot read my members' messages?
No. Analytics keeps who posted, where and when, and whether a message was a reply or carried attachments, embeds, stickers or mentions, as counts. The text is never stored. The only place content is copied is the starboard, which stays off until you turn it on.
Can I get an alert when my server goes quiet?
Yes. An activity drop alert posts to a channel you pick when messages or active members fall by the share you set against the period before, and posts again when activity is back. Spam spikes, activation drops, voice peaks and dead channels have alerts too.
Can people outside the dashboard see the numbers?
If you let them. Open a read-only dashboard to members, to chosen roles or to everyone, give a tool an API key or download 15 of the pages as CSV. The read-only dashboard never shows a member's name.

Yes. Analytics is one of the ten core services on the Free plan, with every tab included: cohort retention, heatmaps, CSV exports, annotations, counter channels, the read-only dashboard and the API.
