A hosted Discord bot, online 24/7

YourBot is a hosted Discord bot. You turn plugins on from a web dashboard and they run on YourBot's infrastructure, with no VPS and no code to deploy.

Search for Discord bot hosting and most of what you find is rented compute: a VPS, a game panel, a container where you upload bot code you wrote and then keep it alive yourself. Deploys, dependency updates, restarts and the 3am discovery that the bot has been offline since Tuesday. YourBot is the other kind of hosting. The bot already exists, its features are plugins and keeping it running is our job rather than yours.

Nothing to deploy

All ten built-in plugins ship with every server, switched off until you turn them on. Enable one from the dashboard and it runs on YourBot's infrastructure from that moment: moderation, tickets, group finding, analytics, scheduled events, giveaways, welcome flows and temporary voice channels are configuration rather than deployment. Nothing to install, no runtime to patch and nothing to redeploy when a plugin ships an update. If you want to hand part of that to your staff, five dashboard areas (Overview, Plugins, Marketplace, Access and Bot) are permissioned independently, so a manager can configure plugins without reaching your bot settings.

You can check our work

Hosting promises are easy to make, so ours is measurable instead. The public status page takes no login and reports every platform component, from the dashboard and gateway down to the database and cache, with measured uptime over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, a 90-day daily timeline and a rolling incident history. It reports what happened rather than a number we promised.

Your own bot, kept running by us

With a YourBot subscription you can swap the shared bot for a custom bot: your own Discord application, under your own name and avatar, running as a managed process on our infrastructure. You set the name, avatar, online status and activity text from the dashboard, and presence changes reach the running bot immediately. Your token is encrypted at rest with a key derived for your server and is never shown back to anyone.

If the process dies, we restart it. A watchdog re-checks every 120 seconds, each restart backs off further than the last so a failing bot never storms Discord, and after 5 crashes in 5 minutes we stop retrying and send you a critical inbox alert with a link to the fix instead of looping forever. You can read the live process log from the dashboard at any time, with bot tokens stripped out before display.

Hosting for plugins you build

The same infrastructure hosts plugins you write. Build one with the SDK or with the AI plugin builder and it runs in a locked-down container: no network access, a read-only filesystem, hard memory and CPU limits and no Linux privileges at all. List it on the marketplace for every server, or set its distribution to private so it never appears in a catalog and runs only on servers you manage, up to three of them. Either way YourBot runs the container and you provision nothing. Public plugins can earn instead of costing you a server bill: developers keep 70% of each sale, rising to 85% as volume grows, paid into their own Stripe account after a hold period. The developer docs cover the contract, and any marketplace or private plugin needs a custom bot on the server it runs for.

What the hosting costs

It is not billed separately. YourBot is free during the open beta, and after beta one subscription per server covers the bot, its hosting and all ten built-in plugins, with marketplace plugins priced by their own developers on top. Building a plugin with the AI plugin builder is metered separately, on prepaid AI credits. See pricing for the current terms. If a subscription lapses there is a 7-day grace window, and a custom bot falls back to the shared bot rather than your server losing its bot altogether.

Perguntas Frequentes

Do I need a VPS to run a Discord bot?

Not with a hosted platform. YourBot runs the bot and every plugin you enable on its own infrastructure, so there is nothing for you to deploy, patch or keep online.

Can I set up a Discord bot without coding?

Yes. You invite YourBot, pick the plugins you want and configure them from a web dashboard. Writing code is only involved if you decide to build a plugin of your own.

Is Discord bot hosting free on YourBot?

Hosting is included with the platform rather than billed separately. YourBot is free during its open beta, and after beta a subscription covers the bot, its hosting and all ten built-in plugins. Marketplace plugins are priced by their developers.

Can the hosted bot use my own name and avatar?

Yes. A custom bot is your own Discord application running under your own name and avatar, hosted by YourBot. You change the name, avatar and online status from the dashboard, and a custom bot comes with a YourBot subscription.

What happens if my bot crashes?

It is restarted automatically. A watchdog re-checks every 120 seconds and each restart backs off further than the last. After 5 crashes in 5 minutes the bot is quarantined and you get a critical inbox alert with the reason, so a broken configuration does not loop forever.

How do I know the hosting is actually up?

The status page at status.yourbot.work is public and needs no login. It reports every platform component with measured uptime over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, plus a 90-day daily timeline and recent incidents.

Can I host a plugin I built myself?

Yes. Plugins built with the SDK run sandboxed on YourBot's infrastructure. List it on the marketplace, or switch distribution to private and install it only on servers you manage. Every release is scanned before it can ship either way.

Can I keep a plugin private to my own servers?

Yes. Set a plugin's distribution to private and it never appears in any catalog and never goes through staff review. Private plugins run on up to three of your own servers, and each of those servers needs a custom bot for the plugin to run.
