The all in one Discord bot, built from plugins
YourBot replaces the all in one bot with plugins. Ten are built in, covering moderation, tickets, events, LFG, voice and analytics, toggled per server.
Most servers collect bots the way desks collect cables. One for moderation, one for tickets, one for temporary voice channels, one for events, one for stats. Five dashboards, five permission sets and five different ways to break on a Tuesday night.
YourBot is the consolidation play: one bot whose features are plugins. Ten built-in plugins ship with every server, and they arrive switched off, so a new server stays quiet until you turn on the ones you actually want. Every toggle is per server.
The bot you are replacing, and what covers it
| The bot you are replacing | Built-in plugin | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Moderation bot | Sentinel | Automod rules engine with 15 condition types, 9 actions and 3 triggers |
| Ticket bot | Tickets | Button panels, custom intake forms and saved transcripts |
| Temporary voice bot | Join-to-Create Voice | Join a lobby and get your own room, which deletes itself when the last person leaves |
| Events bot | Beacon Events | Scheduled events with role slots, waitlists, reminders and repeat schedules |
| Stats or leaderboard bot | Analytics | 13 dashboards covering messages, voice, retention and role rewards |
| LFG bot | Group Finder | Structured listings with role slots members claim from the embed |
| Giveaway bot | Giveaways | Entry by reaction or button, with five eligibility gates |
| Welcome bot | Welcome | Welcome messages, PNG welcome cards, auto-roles and a verification button |
| Patch notes or feed bot | Social Feeds | Updates from RSS, YouTube, Steam, GitHub, Reddit and status pages |
| Announcement bot | Announcements | One-off or repeating posts in a real timezone, with pings opt-in per post |
Five of those have a page of their own if you want the detail: moderation, tickets, LFG, temporary voice channels and server analytics.
What one bot actually buys you
One invite instead of five, so there is one set of bot permissions to audit rather than five. One dashboard for every server you manage, with a switcher instead of five separate tabs. And your staff never need your account: dashboard access has three roles (Owner, Manager and Viewer) across five areas (Overview, Plugins, Marketplace, Access and Bot), each set to none, read or full. A grant can come from a Discord role or a Discord permission like Manage Server, it can carry an expiry date and every change lands in an activity feed that shows who did what.
When ten plugins are not enough
This is where one bot stops meaning one fixed feature list. The marketplace is open to independent developers, and every plugin published there runs in a container with no network access, a read-only filesystem and a 64 MB memory cap, statically scanned on every version before it can ship. Marketplace plugins run on a custom bot, which is your own Discord application hosted by YourBot under your own name and avatar.
Moving over does not have to be a single cutover. Enable the plugins that match the bots you already run, leave both sets in place for a week and remove the old ones once nothing is missing.

Häufig gestellte Fragen
What is the best all in one Discord bot?
YourBot covers moderation, tickets, events, LFG, analytics, temporary voice channels, welcome messages, giveaways, announcements and feeds as ten built-in plugins on one bot. When you need something none of them do, you install a plugin from the marketplace instead of inviting another bot.
Can one Discord bot really replace five bots?
For the usual five, yes. Sentinel replaces a moderation bot, Tickets a support bot, Join-to-Create Voice a temporary voice bot, Beacon Events an events bot and Analytics a stats bot. Anything more specific becomes a marketplace plugin rather than another bot in your member list.
Do all ten plugins turn on automatically?
No. Every plugin ships switched off, and you enable the ones you want from the dashboard, per server. Turning a plugin back off is always allowed.
Is it really one bot?
Yes. One bot account runs every plugin you enable. With a subscription you can swap the shared bot for a custom bot, your own Discord application under your own name and avatar, and YourBot hosts it and keeps it running.
How do I move over from the bots I already have?
Enable the YourBot plugins that match them, run both setups side by side for a week and remove the old bots once nothing is missing. Nothing forces a single switchover date.
Can my moderators use the dashboard without my account?
Yes. Dashboard access has three roles and five permissioned areas (Overview, Plugins, Marketplace, Access and Bot), each set to none, read or full. You can grant access from a Discord role or permission, set an expiry date and read an activity feed of who changed what.
What if YourBot does not have the feature I need?
That is what the marketplace is for. Independent developers publish plugins that run in a locked-down sandbox with no network access, and every version is security scanned before it ships. Running one needs a custom bot on that server.
Is YourBot free?
YourBot is free during its open beta. One subscription per server covers the bot, a custom bot identity and the full feature set of all ten built-in plugins. Marketplace plugins are priced separately by their developers and some are free.
