YourBot v0.0.20
Added
- Marketplace Developer Agreement. Clear terms for plugin developers covering revenue share, payouts, refunds and data handling. Read it at yourbot.gg/legal/developer-terms; you will be asked to accept it once before publishing or connecting payouts.
- Ticket response times now count replies made in Discord, not just the dashboard, so your stats are accurate however your team works.
- Tickets can automatically close when the person who opened them leaves the server.
- Staff now get an SLA warning before a deadline is missed, while there is still time to respond.
- Edit ticket teams and SLA policies in place instead of deleting and recreating them.
Enhanced
- The Tickets dashboard has a fresh new look across every page, in light and dark themes, matching the rest of the plugin family.
- The developer portal home is now Mission Control: your revenue at a glance, live plugin health tiles and a Needs You list that links straight to whatever needs action.
- Each plugin workspace is now the Flight Deck: cleaner grouped navigation, a live preview of your marketplace listing and a release pipeline showing each version's path from draft to live.
- The AI plugin scaffolder is now Plugin Builder, with a new look and its own spot in the sidebar.
- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy rewritten for clarity: plain-language renewal and cancellation terms, a clearer dispute process with a 30 day opt-out and a privacy policy that precisely matches what we collect and how long we keep it.
- The pricing page now shares the full site navigation, theme toggle and cookie preferences with the rest of the site.
- Site analytics now load only after you accept cookies.
Fixed
- Renaming a ticket no longer breaks follow-up replies to that ticket.
- SLA breach alerts fire once with a clear message instead of repeating every few minutes.
- Bulk claim and close in the ticket queue works again.
- Closing a thread-based ticket now archives the thread and saves its transcript.
- If our support assistant resolves your ticket you can open a new one right away instead of waiting out a cooldown.
- Ticket panel backups that include form-only panels restore correctly.
- For developers: the dashboard editor no longer wipes a saved layout, AI edit drafts survive a failed save and answering a marketplace question no longer loses your reply if the FAQ step fails.
- Homepage stats show live numbers right away and the page renders correctly in older browsers.
- A rare formatting bug that could garble FAQ answers with nested formatting.
- Light theme polish across the homepage, including contrast fixes and a correctly dark product preview.
Security
- Hardened the tickets dashboard and developer portal against content injection and tightened ownership and permission checks across both.
- Plugin crash reports are now automatically deleted after 90 days.
