- Instant answers in support tickets — When you open a ticket on the MMO Maid Discord, the bot now scans your question against our FAQ library and posts a matching answer (with sources) if there is one. No more waiting for staff on common questions.
- Follow-up answers in your ticket channel — Have another question after your ticket is open? Just type it in the same channel. The bot will keep matching follow-ups, not just the first message.
- One-click resolution — Every bot answer comes with ✅ "This solved it" and ❌ "I still need help" buttons. ✅ marks the ticket resolved and gives you 24h to come back if needed; ❌ pings staff right away.
- Polite handoff when the bot doesn't know — If your follow-up question isn't covered by the FAQ, the bot now tells you so explicitly instead of staying silent, so you know staff are taking over.
Fixed
- "Something went wrong" on ticket creation — Opening a support ticket through the panel form sometimes showed an error even though the ticket was created. The form now responds cleanly.
- FAQ feedback buttons no longer fail — The ✅ / ❌ buttons on bot answers occasionally returned "This interaction failed". They now process every click reliably.
